1. Fix your IP address in the survey, as it does not work with the message that the IP address has changed recently.
2. Provide an email address for complaints. I am trying to contact to claim a refund on cancelled courses and to stop the monthly charge. Help

MashaAllah tabarakAllah these guys are brilliant! Provide great content on their YT channel and always thinking about how else to support the ummah with finance info. They also provide a service to create your Islamic will and have finance courses you can do. May Allah reward them all, ameen.

Great for Muslims looking to invest in a halal and ethical manner.

I invested through an associate that claims she works for IFG (I’m still unsure if this is true or not as I’m not getting any responses). I’ve put in quite abit of money as she said there was a fee that I had to pay. Roughly 1 week ago now she told me I should’ve received my money. I haven’t received anything and nearly 1 week later she still hasn’t responded to my messages and is ignoring me. I’m really disappointed I’ve lost a lot of money and I’m not getting any answers via email or instagram.

Following my earlier feedback, I was contacted by Mr Ibrahim (IFG CEO), who showed genuine duty of candour and commitment. His openness, honesty and willingness to listen really impressed me. He addressed the delay and took clear steps with help of his highly professional team to rebuild my trust in their services.
I am now reassured by their professionalism, integrity and dedication to client care, and confident in continuing with them —this experience has turned a disappointment into a strong endorsement. It is a great example how companies should handle customer concerns.

I'm looking for references on halal crypto. This website has been very helpful. However, I'm having a bit of trouble finding specific crypto types and have to scroll through them one by one to find them. Please create a crypto search box above the crypto table to make it easier for us to find the crypto we're looking for. Add to and update the list as new cryptos emerge. Thank you for your willingness to respond to this feedback.

Great Sharia-compliant deals. I wish to see more diversity however.

Its easy to understand with the videos provided, things are clearly presented.

This is my first investment with Cur8, because the minimum investmemt amount is quite big for general population (i.e., £5000). Otherwise it would've gotten a full 5 star. If the minimum amount was lower, lots of people could've dipped their toes into different asset classes. But ofcourse, they are helping us to get exposure to asset classes which we couldn't have accessed as a small investor.

The app interface is decent. The research they do on their products is commendable. I have been greatly benefited from the YouTube channel (IFG). Overall, a great institution. Highly recommended.

The customer service is great. The variety of investments available allow you to diversify your portfolio.
