The Team at Trigg, and my assigned agent, Rhys, really couldn’t have done a better job for me, (both selling and buying). I was initially worried about the lack of High Street shop front but I was assured of excellent photos, and I hadn’t appreciated the difference excellent photos would make. (I had put my place on the market 4 months prior with a different agent). I was amazed by the number of viewings in the first 10 days, and getting the offer also in that time frame! The conveyancing process is inevitably a bit brutal, but the Team at Trigg were very accessible, professional and friendly and a very united team. Rhys’ help, advice and reassurance was always spot on. With hindsight I should have trusted the whole process more, though I guess it’s an intrinsically hair-raising process. They were very good and proactive about chasing down any arising problems. Really, this is an excellent and very trustworthy team. And they were first rate at getting my place sold. I have downsized locally and am very happy with the life-changing end result!

From the first call I made to Triggs the team acted extremely impressively. The photographer was there followed by the viewings which were conducted discretely and with me the seller - best interest at heart.
When the going got tough the Triggs team reassured me,calmed me and stood by me.
If you intend to sell then hell go with Triggs trust me you won’t be sorry

Staff have been very friendly and easy to contact on the two occasions that I've used Trigg. The online dashboard is easy to use and makes understanding the process simple.

The whole team are professional yet friendly and approachable. Exactly what is needed for what is meant to be the most stressful event in ones life. I dealt with Rhys and Simon on the whole, both of whom are fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They kept me updated through the whole process. I was lucky that the sale of my late aunts property exchanged and completed within 5 weeks of the first "open day" viewing. I'm sure close to a record but thanks to the team for finding the perfect buyer. Would highly recommend.

People usually say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. Not with Trigg & Co. My husband and I have had a truly terrific experience, receiving brilliant communication and updates throughout. Trigg & Co are the only estate agents we have dealt with through 2 purchases and 1 sale and they have been brilliant for all of them! Highly recommend them!

Trigg have been great with the sale of our house. They’ve provided a professional, friendly service and haven’t once let us down. Their level of communication is fantastic.
We’re quite new to the buying and selling process and we’ve asked dozens of silly questions but they’ve never once made us feel silly for asking and have always responded with due care and diligence.
They have worked extremely hard to provide us with such an excellent service and should we move again we would definitely use Trigg !

Julie has said she didn't inspect this property, so wasn't aware that it was in such a poor and unsafe condition, including upstairs windows at knee level that open wide enough for a toddler to crawl through, beds attached to walls wil bungee cords and hand rails pulling off the walls. There are also blocked drains, leaky taps, bathroom mold, mystery stains on carpets, curtains and soft furnishings. There are broken bed frames, grubby oven, dirty utensils drawers, missing blinds and broken garden furniture to name a few.

Am working with her to get the issues resolved to a livable standard, but as you can imagine when you're only there for a week this takes up a huge amount of our holiday time.

Am hoping that a suitable resolution is found, including recompense for my time and efforts making this place habitable for a young family to stay in safely (which will be of benefit to future people staying here).

Will update my review once agreements are made as to how best to come to an agreeable solution.

**Update**
Trigg and co no longer represent this property but offered absolutely no help in helping me to try to get any compensation for the time spent and the clear difference in what we paid for and what we got.

I ended up getting some further support from the third party website who I booked with who also struggled to get any help from trigg and co despite the huge amount of evidence I presented to them.

Trigg & Co have been absolutely fantastic. They have been so supportive, attentive and approachable. Highly recommend using them. Excellent customer service and knowledge also.

Trigg & Co were brilliant, always able to contact them about the purchase of our first house. Excellent customer service, any questions we had were answered swiftly they provided an excellent go between us and the seller. Would thoroughly recommend buying or selling with them!

Trigg & Co. were amazing when we sold our property. The property needed various works during the sale and Trigg were able to recommend competent contractors - this was very helpful to us as we are based so far away, in Essex! Triggs' knowledge of the local market and contractors was invaluable to us! Once again - thank you, to all at Trigg!
