Georgia and Alysha worked tirelessly to secure a 2nd charge mortgage for me despite my very difficult situation. They were incredibly patient, professional, friendly and supportive, great communicators who took the time to understand and solve the problems of securing my loan.

Great service from David Hounsell on a tricky bridging loan case involving borrowing on a property in the UK to fund a purchase abroad.

Initial enquiry was discussed over the phone. Solutions were then provided that day so that I could share these with my client. The team then arranged an appointment directly with the client and a recommendation was made.
The transaction completed 4 weeks later and my client was very happy with the outcome which saved him a significant amount of money each month

Positive Lending have enabled me to have a 2nd mortgage to carry out repairs to my property.
Throughout the whole process Gillian and Declan were extremely supportive with emails and phone calls to ensure that the quite complicated procedure went without a hitch.
If I ever need any further finance, they will be my first stop. I will also be recommending them to any family friend or colleague who need to arrange finance.

The service we received from Positive Lending was exemplary! Matt Vincent was professional, friendly, supportive and efficient throughout the whole complex process. Ours was a challenging case and Matt consistently went above and beyond to fight our corner whilst keeping us informed by email or phone at every step. He helped to push the process through quickly in the knowledge that a house purchase was at stake, even going so far as chasing solicitors and calmly reassuring our impatient agent.
