When I reached out to the support team about a missing invoice the response was fast and without questions. Same when I reached out about a product that was with a guarantee, the response was within an hour and within a couple of hours we already solved everything with just 2-3 emails and a replacement was already put in order and shipped. The response time and ease of solving issues with product quality is amazing and fast. The product itself is good, although time will tell more since I'm new to this brand, but on the friendliness and support side the company is really good and will definitely order again.

Have been using the Advance 2.0 for over a year for fullbore target shooting, found them very comfortable and very effective! They died on me last week and even though technically out of warranty customer service replaced them free of charge, within 4days of me contacting them!
Absolutely brilliant customer service!
