Bought a drone Q3 Mini 2 from ispektrum. Love it. I was looking to buy a drone, visited the ispektrum website, the agent was really helpful. Recommended few options based on my budget and requirements and I loved it. Great products + great service

I bought a GT45 smartwatch from ISPEKTRUM. The watch arrived pretty quickly though I selected free shipping. Watch itself is very good. Love the style and quality. I highly recommend ISPEKTRUM.

I bought a watch from this company. The website looks great and I chatted with someone a few times that was very helpful. I chose to buy from them as they said they were a Canadian company. However, once I placed my order, they ghosted me. I did receive the watch but it is not high quality, like the website makes it look. It works fine but they never got back to me after multiple inquiries, including just an exchange. The watch works and is fine but I would not recommend this company.

Got a drone from them and was damaged on the second use and there was no misuse from our side. Tried contacting multiple times via email but no answer from there end. They have good inventory but poor quality & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paid almost $200 for the drone.

I ordered a smartwatch. It was supposed to arrive in 1-2 business days, but took 10. The only instructions with it were in Russian! I realized it’s just a cheap smartwatch made in China (no offence to China) just sold by ISpecktrum. Two days ago I wrote to Customer Service about returning it. Crickets. Any solid company would at least confirm receipt of an email and let you know when to expect a reply.

I purchased a drone from I spectrum in May. I never received the drone UPS states that I never received the drone I had to call my credit card company to get my refund and they did refund me in my favor however the other half of my purchase was paid on my bank card and iSpectrum and refuses to give my refund even though my credit card company saw it appropriate.
When I attempt to contact I spectrum customer service primarily a gentleman named Hamid, I get no response or I get same response of "I will check finance" to which I received no response again I have attempted to it contact them and I'm basically ghosted I would recommend no one purchase anything from i spectrum they are

I ordered a Smartini Smart watch in late December 2024. By May 2025 it would no longer charge. I notified iSpektrum who promised to replace the watch. They since ghosted me and have not replaced the watch. Very poor customer service!

Ordered drone through Best Buy from Ispektrum listed on Best Buy. After a few days inquired as to when It would ship. A day or two later said a shipping label was created days later still in same status so I inquired. Was told this item wasn’t in stock. He offered a better drone which I accepted. Turns out this wasn’t in stock and would be two weeks. Long story this went back and forth for about two months. When l finally got it, it was used , scraped up and dirty. Telltale sign was coffee stains all over the instructions manual. Do not order from this
Guy. And yes I believe it is one person even though he mentioned several people working there such as a manager, shipper, inventory person, etc. google the address and you will see what I mean. Don’t order from this guy. Ispektrum

Purchased smartini smart watch. The customer service was fine, though it took a month to receive (stated 5-7 business days). The product is not the quality I was expecting. The functions only work one at a time ( ex - if you start a timer you can't look at another screen without stopping timer) . Bluetooth disconnects constantly. the app is not good and it doesn't track active minutes. Have left 2 reviews but neither are posted. Only getting about 6 days battery life. Reviews are duplicated on site making me suspect they are not real.
