Eggzearplugs レビュー

Great product…if it ever arrives, and if you actually get what you order.
Customer service is poor and only got a response after repeatedly chasing.
Have emailed them today about the missing items so will be interesting to see if that’s replied to.
I would avoid and opt for an alternative. A real shame given that it’s a great product.

Bought a pair of these as recommended by a work colleague. Order arrived quite quickly. U get 2 different sized sets but only 1 set of inner white bits….that are so small it’s impossible to transfer them to the other pair! It would be far easier to just provide 2 sets of the white inner bits as they’re so fiddly. I tried speaking to customer service via their online form & apart from an email from someone called Adam asking for the order number, I’ve heard nothing more. It’s been a month now & nada, despite chasing several times. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Wouldn’t recommend these to my worst enemy. AVOID!

Not sure what’s going on with EGGZ earplugs. Placed an order with them. I am still waiting for my order after 8 days. Have sent emails one saying I’d receive them the following day. No sign of them. Emailed again with no response from them. Disgusting.

Love them. Really comfortable and filter the wind sound out really well while still hearing my bike engine. Adam was really helpful and after trying several brands these are the best I have come across yet. Nice little carry case too 👌😊

Still waiting for my order to be processed, just shows as confirmed.

Read other reviews saying they have had failed deliveries.

Have already contacted customer services with no response.

I have used there products for many years and never had a problem. They work very well. Customer support has been excellent. Would definitely recommend

ITS A SCAM. I ordered the earplugs worth 39,90, 3 weeks ago. They should have arrived alreadY. I have already sent 3 emails and got no reply. No information on delivery or a tracking number. I'm really disappointed because my friend recommended this company to me. I guess they don't do this to everybody cause my friend got them, but then I saw many comments here with people who had the same experience as me. I'm going to gather all the evidence and get a chargeback through my bank.

I have been using Eggz earplugs for a number of years now for raves and I have found them excellent. I go to drum and bass and jungle raves and being a little older (50) I used to come away with ringing ears which lasted for a couple of days so it was clear that the sound was detrimental. With eggz earplugs this ringing is gone BUT I can still hear and enjoy the music. It's weird but very effective, I can also hear people talking to me too. When you take one out in the middle of it all it's like night and day.
I recommend Eggz earplugs.

You know how algorithms work, you visit something, click a link and then everything you see is for variants of the same thing. Well, I’m super glad I went with Eggz earplugs. Customer service was first class following my order and the selection of plugs they supplied meant I got a perfect fit. As I already have to it is in my left ear I’m super anxious about it protecting my hearing from further damage and as a new biker, it’s the one bit of kit I forgot when getting my protective gear together. Fast delivery and a great product, they for well and reduce the wind noise without blocking out the important data like traffic (and a four cylinder at 10,000rpm 😉)

Super helpful when I managed to lose a plug, really can’t recommend these guys enough.

Great discrete earplugs for loud club nights, fit perfectly and are really secure. Amazing customer service as well!!! Highly recommend

I purchased a pair of ear plugs to sleep in and drown out sound I could still hear everything around and were uncomfortable to sleep in .
Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend sheer waste of money.
Anne.

Ordered a set of motorcycle ear plugs on 2nd September problems with royal mail to northern ireland they resent amazon i now have them seem good quality just need some dry weather to get out on bike and try them

Great to stop any pain without actually taking away from the experience. Even as a non dj the dj pro are amazing!

The company is excellent (fantastic communication) and the product is second to none.

I wouldn't ride my motorbike without their earbuds in anymore. Greatly reduces wind noise while still allowing you to hear your comms/music and your engine sound. You still feel aware of your surroundings, but are preventing ear damage - and makes listening to music through helmet speakers much clearer.

Love them

The product was recomendid to me by a riding buddy. He spotted these on MCN, we purchased them and on our first ride noticed the difference straight away. They cut out wind & road noise but still allowed our Sena's to work. We advised all our other riding buddies to purchase, several did.
On one ride I forgot to take the handy storage case and place the Eggz in my topbox, not realising it was full of dust and bits. I couldnt continue with them on my return journey. I noticed the background noises alot more. When I got home I gave them a wash but when taking out the middle workings, flirted it not to be seen again. I would recomend holding these over a bowl not to lose the inner piece. When I contacted Eggz they were kind enough to offer me free replacements. This is outstanding customer service considering it was my fault and not product failure, get some bought guys.

Previously used and were great. Have since then ordered the pro dj ones, spent £40, and never heard back from them. Never dispatched. And have chased 4 times and still no response. It’s been 3 weeks and heard nothing and no way of getting the money back

I've been using Egzz while riding for a couple of years, and find them great, blocking out a large percentage of wind noise.
They are easy to wear, and also come with a handy metal container for storing while not in use.
I recommend these for anyone wishing to cut down noise while riding.

Bought the ones for sleeping as my husband snores. They were really uncomfortable and didn’t block out noise. I think you could really damage your ears with them. Tried once then binned them. Waste of £17.

I've been using these ear plugs for just over a year now when riding my motorbike and find them to be really comfortable. They're easy to put in and cause no discomfort over long rides, which I found other styles of ear plugs did. The small metal container is a really convenient place to put them when you've reached your destination. Fast efficient service from Eggz.
