Ein perfektes Motorboot- allerdings ein Segelboot gechartert

Der Segel Törn mit der Oceanis 51.1 ONAR wurde zu einem herrlichen Motor Törn. Das Segeln wurde uns durch schlechte SegelfÌhrung schon sehr bald vermiest. Sonst sehr schnell zu bewerkstelligende Segelmanöver uferten zu minutenlanger QuÀlerei aus. Das Problem mit den Segeln war Istion, dem Vercharterer, wohl bekannt und wurde bei BootsrÌckgabe auch durch Istion bestÀtigt. Im Nachhinein leugnet dies jedoch Istion ab!!! Das ist uns bei Ìber 100 Törns noch bei keinem Vercharterer passiert!

Bali 4.1 - best catamaran at Cos

I had a great experience with Anemoskala catamaran on April 27 2019 from Kos, Greece - checkin was great, cat was in perfect condition. One bothering issue was water filter but technician arrived to Simi and fixed it. The only other minor issue was breaking of genoa block but luckely it happened on the last day of charter.

Staff was helpful and responding via WhatsApp, good English, totally recommend.

If sailing in Greece avoid any boat


If sailing in Greece avoid any boat belonging to the charter company istion.com like the plague. One of their charterers hit my boat while I was moored and they have refused to accept liability even though the skipper has fully accepted responsibility. My boat is now impounded until some futile court hearing and all my boat papers have been confiscated. A typical example of a greedy self interested charter company for which Greece is becoming infamous.
