Grazie per aver inviato il tuo feedback e segnalato il problema. Abbiamo ricevuto la prima segnalazione ieri alle 18:39 e la seconda oggi alle 8:46 riguardante lo stesso problema. Elaboriamo le notifiche nell'ordine in cui vengono ricevute e, a causa del carico elevato, il tempo di attesa per una risposta può arrivare fino a 2 giorni lavorativi.

Ti assicuriamo che il tuo reclamo è già stato inoltrato al dipartimento competente e qualsiasi problema con il tuo laptop sarà risolto.

Siamo molto spiacenti che tu abbia riscontrato un problema con il laptop che hai acquistato da noi. Abbiamo saputo della situazione solo dal tuo commento: se fossimo stati informati prima avremmo avviato subito la procedura di garanzia. Ci teniamo a ricordarvi che tutti i nostri dispositivi sono coperti da una garanzia di 2 anni, in base alla quale possiamo riparare immediatamente il guasto o sostituire l'apparecchiatura con una nuova.

Dato che il portatile è arrivato in queste condizioni, è molto probabile che sia stato danneggiato durante il trasporto. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per la situazione. Grazie per aver condiviso la tua opinione Ci dispiace che non sei completamente soddisfatto del tuo acquisto. Ci teniamo però a sottolineare che la nostra azienda è specializzata nella vendita di apparecchiature informatiche usate, pertanto potrebbero presentare normali segni di utilizzo, come leggeri graffi o abrasioni. Nel caso dell'attrezzatura usata questo è del tutto naturale ed inevitabile, ma è solo un aspetto visivo, e l'attrezzatura che offriamo è perfettamente funzionante dal punto di vista tecnico.

Per quanto riguarda la tastiera, indichiamo chiaramente nella descrizione di ogni prodotto che ha un layout QWERTY PL. Inoltre, ogni ordine viene fornito con adesivi per tastiera che consentono la conversione visiva al layout della tastiera italiana. Il layout della tastiera è già impostato su italiano nel sistema operativo, quindi questo è solo un aspetto visivo facilmente personalizzabile.

In the case of used equipment, this is completely natural and inevitable, but it is only a visual aspect, and the equipment we offer is fully functional from a technical point of view.

As for the keyboard, in the description of each product we clearly indicate that it has a QWERTY PL layout. Additionally, each order comes with keyboard stickers enabling visual conversion to the Italian keyboard layout. The keyboard layout is already set to Italian in the operating system, so this is just an easily customizable visual aspect.
