Great Service

I recently purchased used Polycom VVX 411 and open-box Avaya 9611Gs from ITAD Store, and I’m really impressed. Both phones were very reasonably priced, especially considering the excellent condition they arrived in. Shipping was quick and well-packaged, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. It’s clear that ITAD Store takes care in testing and handling their products — the quality is top-notch for refurbished gear. I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

I went to their store in Cape Town

I went to their store in Cape Town, and the crew there were soooo knowledgeable and helpful, the young tech guy is amazing very helpful n knows his craft, im in IT operations which means i always have side projects that need affordable working equipment and this hidden treasure will definitely be my friend for the next few years

Honestly I don't have anything bad to


Honestly I don't have anything bad to say about the service and how quivk they were with sending out my headset I ordered, the only complaint I do have is that they didn't send the headset in its original packaging which means now I have to pay for a certain razer software, whereas I could have gotten it for free if I had the box becayse of the product IDs on it. Now I have to soend extra money for this software to improve the sound quality of the headset when i vould have gotten it for free. But it's not that bad but it is what it is.
