This website copies content from thursday boot company, like exact pictures and everything and advertise them as their own brand. When you receive the shoes they would be of different brand with cheap quality. Do not purchase from this website. Its a SCAM

I prepaid for order and didn't receive order not money refund

Do not buy from Italeum I repeat do not buy from Italeum their products is not same as in their webpage and they don’t even reply to your email. That means you can’t apply for return and your money is gone with that trash product.

Third class scammers.
Sent a wrong item and do not responding

Do not buy from Italeum Shoes. While the shoes look good on the webpage, the actual product I received was very low quality and felt cheap. Additionally, the color was completely different from what was advertised. This is an underrated and disappointing product; please do not waste your money here. Furthermore, their support team is completely fake, and the portal appears to be a fraudulent site.

The colour was different from what I ordered, the size too, and the sole of the shoes where cheap, third class, can't even call it leather.
Their customer service phone number is fake, there is no response to email I sent to return and refund my order.

I had ordered a particular pair of boots from the company website. Firstly they have sent the wrong pattern item. Secondly inspite of more then ten mails to them there is no response. Thirdly the mobile numbers given in the website either don't exist or are permanently switched off. It's an absolute scam

Zero customer support, wrong item sent. Quality far inferior than shown. This is not a business this is a scam.

TL;DR Seems Fake and copied from thursdayboots.com

The website seems to be a fake one. I stumbled upon the website while searching for chelsea boots. These looked too good for the price mentioning these are full grain italian leather, which costs too high while these were listed between 2k-3k INR.

Further, while going through product images, I recalled all the images and names used are exactly copied from thursdayboots.com.

Example -
Original -"thursdayboots .com/products/mens-legend-chelsea-boot-black-matte"
Italeum - "italeum .com/products/mens-legend-chelsea-boot-black-matte"
(Remove space before .com )
So I didn't purchase to avoid getting fake shoes.

I haven't received any update on my parcel till date if I have seen this site review i wouldn't haven't buy anything i really really regret what a waste

Fraudulent Website – Beware

This website delivers incorrect products despite the package showing the same line item names and quantities as ordered.

I ordered two pairs of shoes, each priced at ₹2,500 (total bill ₹5,000). The order was delivered on 19 January 2026, but the items received were completely different from what was ordered. The product quality was also very poor and appeared to be made of local synthetic leather.

I raised a refund request on 19 January 2026 to the email ID mentioned on the website, but there has been no response till date.

Please be cautious while purchasing from this website. Overall, it has been a highly unsatisfactory experience.

This company is running a completely misleading and deceptive operation.

What is shown and promised on the Italeum website is NOT what is delivered. The product I received is not Italeum at all. The shoe delivered, the box it came in, and the branding on the product clearly belong to a different brand called “Fly”, which is nowhere mentioned on their website. The quality is extremely cheap and bears no resemblance to the premium product advertised online.

This is not a minor mismatch — this is clear false advertising.

There are multiple red flags that confirm this is not a genuine business:

No contact number listed anywhere on the website

A support email ID that is never answered

I emailed them 3–4 days ago and received zero response

Order details are not transparently visible or traceable

Selling one brand online and delivering an entirely different, low-quality product is fraudulent behaviour. This website appears to exist solely to push cheap products under false branding.

As a customer, this experience is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others not to waste their money here. This platform should be reported to the relevant authorities and taken down before more people are misled and defrauded.
