I bought a smart phone from the Alibaba where the seller was saying that this phone is for 42 USD dollar which includes the 16 GB of RAM 1 TB of storage and 18108 megapixel of camera and those kind of fancy and description they used it by for selling the phone when I bought the phone when I started using it. The camera was not real because it was like a cheap camera. The clarity is not that much of 108 megapixel Clarity. Many features in the camera was not working you want then after when I realize I use the third-party app to verify the actual phone configuration and if it was a scam and fraud happened with me because there was originally there is only 10 GB of storage in the phone and three GB of RAM available in the phone Which is scam happened by that seller on the Alibaba I try to make the disport again and again with Alibaba team, they did the immediate mediating during the conversation but still Alibaba people are on the seller side and they are taking seller side like saying OK if you wanted to do such kind of verification you need to spend thousand USD and make the verification by our authorized dealer so they can check the phone configuration so this doesn’t make sense like my phone price is like a 42 USD and I need to spend thousand US dollar USD to just check the phone I am telling that my phone is in the trade assurance that I can return my phone but again they are charging for shipping like again to delivery and shipping. Everything I need to pay for them which is more than what my phone price it doesn’t make sense. I don’t know how this is Alibaba people are working and those many manufacturers are there are those are selling the ⚠️ Scam phone and the fraud happening on the Alibaba so I don’t recommend to buy the stuff from Alibaba if it is a cheap. And Alibaba managing team is also always on the Chinese people side and their seller side. I don’t think they are care about their customer service and customers.

Pessima esperienza fatti più acquisti sempre un problema,poi nell'ultimo acquisto il peggio di tutto,arriva danneggiato non conforme alla descrizione come al solito tentativo di intermediazione con elemosina,chiaramente volevo fare reso dopo interminabili passaggi ancora dopo un mese non si arriva alla fine definire sia venditori che piattaforma dei buffoni e un eufemismo.

Anni fà ordinai un orologio, confermato di mm.40, che arrivò di mm.44, poi, ordinai dei fanali che arrivarono con caratteristiche diverse (inutilizzabili) dalla presentazione.Infine 2/1/25, ci sono ricaduto, ho ordinato un orologio,confermato di mm.40, invece è arrivato di mm.42 (e se ne avessi comprati 50 pz??). Non meritano attenzione, inaffidabili e bugiardi,non li considero più. Chiuso account.

buying on alibaba is dangerous, there are many scams.
do not buy from: KS GADGET LLC and Feller Store LLC, they are scammers.
Beware of companies based in Turkey, they are generally scammers.
if they then send you a link to the COSMO SPEED EXPRESS company to make the parcel truck, it means that you have been deceived as the company does not exist

Ceci est mon expérience personnelle avec Alibaba la semaine dernière. J'ai cliqué sur une publicité d'Alibaba qui défilait voulant acheter une voiture et je trouve que c'était de l'arnaque. Moi je trouve que si Alibaba, ce géant du e-commerce ne peut pas trouver des moyens vraiment pour bloquer tout individu mal intentionné à utiliser leur site pour escroquer les gens, c'est vraiment dommage.

Ho acquistato 500 euro di materiale per lavoro. Il materiale è arrivato completamente danneggiato e inutilizzabile ma non a causa del viaggio aveva proprio difetti di fabbricazione(si scoprirà poi che erano scarti). Ho pensato può capitare (ore per controllare il materiale e fare foto).Contatto il venditore che mi invia nuovo materiale, con la richiesta di controllarlo prima.Materiale altrettanto danneggiato . Mi ritrovo con 500 euro in meno ,materiale inutilizzabile , la beffa di 250 +157 euro di tasse di importazione.
Ovviamente ho fatto la controversia caricando centinaia di foto e spiegando tutto MA ALIBABA dice che non ho caricato le prove NONOSTANTE IO ABBIA GLI SCREENSHOT DELLE PROVE caricate sul loro sito E PER QUESTO NON POSSONO DECIDERE LA CONTROVERSIA .Il venditore disonesto che nelle chat mi dava ragione (anche queste inviate ad alibaba) prima ha temporeggiato e poi è sparito .
STATE ALLA LARGA A MENO CHE POSSIATE RISCHIARE DI BUTTARE BEI SOLDONI PERCHE'LORO NON VI TUTELERANNO DI CERTO ANCHE SE AVETE PALESEMENTE RAGIONE

Mi sono inbattuto su questo sito per caso secondo un mio parere eviterei di comprare qui... Mi puzza come sito.
