Level Up Your Shopping Experience at Item Drop
Weâre incredibly lucky to have Item Drop right on our doorstep. The shop is brilliantly set up, with a great layout and an amazing variety of items, youâll be spoilt for choice. The staff are always friendly and super knowledgeable. Ilse has been especially helpful, taking the time to talk through things with us and explain an issue we had with my sonâs Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons. Her advice made all the difference, and itâs now officially my sonâs favourite shop! Make time to pop in, you wonât regret it. And if youâre not lucky enough to live near Seaton, their online store is just as awesome.

You're spot on about the dispatch times, and we want to be upfront about why that sometimes takes a little longer. As a small, family-run business with just a few of us, we don't have the space to keep all our stock on-site. This means we often rely on a separate warehouse or our dispatch partner to get items to us before we can send them your way. Occasionally, there can be delays in this transfer, which we know can be frustrating. It is simply small business limitations, which we hope you can understand.
Our website reflects exactly what we can currently get our hands on. If a game isn't listed, it's likely either been discontinued or is out of stock at a national wholesale level.
Looking ahead, as we grow, one of our big goals is to have a larger warehouse with dispatch capabilities that would allow us to dispatch everything much more quickly. When items are in stock at our shop premises, we get them out the same day. It's those times we need to transfer stock that can lead to a bit of a wait, and we understand that.
We're doing our best with our small team, and your support means the world to us as we work towards growing!
