Second time I orders. Great company will
Use again

Posted fast and great prices on their sales

Took a bit longer than expected to arrive (10 days after ordering) and had very little in the way of communication, but absolutely no complaints about ease of ordering, packaging and choice of courier (Royal Mail).

First time buying from Itemdrop and still waiting on news of my order placed on the 15th January.

The Managing Director replied to my first email to let me know the items paid for were "stuck in the supplier warehouse" however no follow-up since then and I am beginning to wonder if this is just a scam. The price seemed too good to be true.

If something changes I'll update the feedback. Sometimes with this lesser known retailers the only way to actually receive a response is by going onto Trustpilot. I'd really like a response and ideally the items paid for or if they aren't going to be delivered then my money refunded.

Brilliant service and received on time before Christmas.
They were cheaper than anywhere else too.
Will definitely be using them again, just wish I know of them before purchasing the other games I got.

Was surprised when I saw the item going for that price and thought it was too good a purchase to ignore - so treated myself and waited for it to show up (free shipping was the icing on the cake).

About a week later (Royal mail strike action not helping) I got the parcel - well packaged and undamaged meaning I’ll definitely be using Item Drop again in the future!

Customer Service was very quick and helpful.
Delivery was fast and well packaged.

Parcel was missing an item, have contacted and had no response, no replacement, no refund…

Item received exactly as described, in perfectly new condition. Delivery speed was reasonable considering it was coming from the UK. Great prices. Would definitely consider ordering again for those hard-to-find items.

a very good treatment of foreigners in my case, very careful with the Spanish customs and the seller is very kind, something difficult because it was difficult to find his contact, there is nothing on the page and I had to inquire a bit but nothing impossible. Fact; add a contact option for clients, nowadays there are social networks, don't be lazy

Placed my order for a game which was a simple no hassel process, then I need to change the shipping arrangements which was easy and no hassel, just popped into the shop and all was sorted !

Fab communication, excellent range of products and generally great service! Itemdrop is our go to place for anything gaming related. Bought a switch last year and received great advice on timing, accessories and protection. Also a great range of merch for some fab and quirky gifts. I would recommend to anyone!

Ordered an Xbox X from here when they were hard to get hold of and lots of places were taking orders and not fulfilling them. They were honest and open about the progress of the order throughout and got me my Xbox in good time for when I needed it. A real pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend.
