I ordered a hoodie two months ago and I still haven't received it. I sent two emails asking where it is and no reply. Won't be shopping there again!

please don’t order anything from this shop if you’re thinking about it, a few days after ordering my dads bank account started to get hacked and this had never happened before until we ordered from the site, i asked for a refund and they stopped replying and ignore me whenever i ask for a refund. My dad had to email asking for a refund they gave him fake tracking numbers and it’s also been over 1 month since ordering. My dad spent almost £200 on this website so please don’t order from here if you’re thinking about it, it’s all a scam.

(edit: they steal the pictures from yesstyle.com so if you’re looking for the actual clothes and want to actually receive them i suggest ordering from there bc they’re amazing :)

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company . They take your money and send you NOTHING !!! The only way to contact them is to email them and you never hear anything back from them . It’s a scam !!!

She is only 12 years old, and it is the first time she ever buys something online - for her own money - and then you let her down. Send her order - or give her the money back!"

I ordered several items on April 1st. About a week later, I received the shipping information and got the tracking number. Everything was fine for a while until I stopped receiving any updates from April 14th onwards. ItGirl refuses to reply to e-mails about my purchase and I’m convinced I’ll never get my package.

Don’t bother buying from here. Order from the well-known and trusted online stores instead, at least then you will actually receive your items.

Erhalten hatte ich eine völlig wertlose 3D Plasticbrille.

Und das gleich Spiel, wie bei meinem Vorschreiber:
Diese Verbrecher boten mir 40% Erstattung an,und ich soll die Rücksendungskosten alleine tragen, obwohl Igirl.shop
definitiv und mit Vorsatz falsch verschickt hat !!! DAS IST EINE REINE BETRUGSMASCHE DIESE FIRMA !!!

Ein Beispiel für typischen chinesischen Betrug ; man bekommt etwas tolles vorgegaukelt
und dafür irgend einen wertlosen Mist geschickt!

Ergo, so macht die Firma ( bei mir Igirl.shop ) selbst wenn sie die 40% zurückerstetten,
unterm Strich Ihr Geld.

? Ich frage mich , ob ich dennoch über Paypal und Mastercard mein Geld zu 100 % zurückbekommen werde ?
Hat hier Jemand Erfahrung gemacht?

iGirl is a scam
They shipped wrong item and then offered to refund only 40% .
They want me to pay for return shipping as well. Typical chinese scam

I ordered a pair of glasses around the fall last year. It took several weeks for it to come to the U.S as the company ships from China but it didn't matter because I never received my item. I emailed the company and got a surprisingly quick response, which is a pro out of all the cons. I'm not sure if I did something wrong on my part, but the shipping info was confusing to me. And after being given their response, it wasn't even worth the 7 bucks I spent and even I found the same pair on Amazon.

i bought a sweatshirt there on feb 7, ik it can take 35 days to arrive but im scared if it wont-

edit: april 3 - it finally arrived, it came with a choker i didnt order but thats cool ig. but wow 2 months late. thats not very good.

Amazing clothing and even more amazing aesthetic inspiration. Bought ulzzang hoodie and some grunge accessories. Got everything packed carefully and with a cute gift.

I would not even give them 1 star. Ordered 3 tops, took several weeks to get the shirts. The shirts were like size 3X I ordered xlarge which is what I order everywhere else. sent an email they said I have to pay for the shipping if I want a refund....dumb idea, spent $21 to ship back to China. I have not receive any refund or replies to emails. Terrible products and terrible company service.

I ordered a coat on December 6th. It is now January 25 th and nothing. Three emails inquiring and not one response. Unprofessional company.

If not delivery time - I'd give this store 5 stars.

Overall - amazing service and stock. btw love their instagram.

Idk guys but I got all my items that I wanted,I even got a plus necklace which I didnt order,it came exactly after 1 month 6 days. :)
None of them seems low quality.

I would like to review our item. Ordered it on Dec 1 and its Dec 29th. Still no a sweatshirt. If you are ordering know that they say it takes 30 days to arrive in the US.

I hope this item arrives. And when it does I hope it is a good quality item?

DON'T ORDER

I ordered the 30th of October and still didn't receive any of my order or even a confirmation email that it had been shipped.
I can't get any answer from the service by email or Instagram.
If you reading this don't risk yourself in ordering on their website. There is plenty of others doing kind of the same clothes.

I read the other reviews and I was scared of getting scammed. But the clothes came in really fast. I only had to wait between 2/3 weeks. The quality is really good and I'm definitely going to buy more clothes from this website 🥰

Love this store. Ordered denim where is my mind jacket and awesome aesthetic pulp fiction tee. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who's looking for egirl outfits.

It’s a bad store. Okay. Period. I ordered a phone case on the 30th of September and I STILL haven’t received it. I know it takes 15-35 business days, but come on! It’s been more than 35 days. Go find another shop to buy from. Not worth your money.

Extremely displeased with the service. I ordered a product October 11th. I understand the delivery time was listed as up to a month since it's shipped from overseas, however, over the course of The following month the seller has provided no email or confirmation on the fact that my order had even shipped from the seller. I have sent multiple emails over the course of this month inquiring about the estimated delivery time, with absolutely no response to any of them. I can only assume I've been ripped off and that the item will actually never be shipped.

If you're reading this, I highly suggest you avoid buying from this store, as there are many other stores out there with similar items, with much better customer service and shipping time that won't scam you.
