This was horrible,i ordered like seven things and i got four of them and things i didn’t even bought.It said that it would take 15-35 days,BUT my order took 3 months.I don’t recommend this website at all.My pants didn’t have the hole for the button carved out.Its way overprized and its not quality.

I always received everything and the quality is pretty good.
They took around 2 weeks to arrive

I would give negative stars if possible. This company should be out of business and probably will soon. Took forever to get my cheap azz clothes. Everything smelled of chemicals. All clothes are straight from China. Hence why it takes so long. Impossible to return the clothes, as you can’t get anyone to give to return address. I have disputed with my CC company and thankfully gotten a credit. Cheap quality and cheap company.

Honestly, great customer service. My product was not available anymore and after the reviews I read, I was not sure what would happen. But everytime I tried to reach out, they responded very quickly and provided me with a good solution for the product that was out of stock. All in all, very satisfied!

Listen, if your thinking about buying somthing from this website please don’t. It’s obvious that they don’t ship on their right time and they don’t give you a “working” shipping code. My friend tried to order a backpack from this website two months ago and she still hasn’t gotten it. It’s crazy how much she emailed them and they continued to not reply. My conclusion, if your thinking to buy from a different website please do its way better than this trash company

The worst. Do not buy from itGirl. It took months to arrive and is missing an item and none of it fits even though XL was ordered. Complete waste of money. This company should be shut down. Have sent them 4 emails and heard nothing back. What did arrive in the order is terrible quality.

I placed my order 2 whole months ago, and just got my clothes yesterday.. I ordered an XXL, and it fit my 12 year old sister. The shoes were as cheap as they can get, paper thin and like leather slippers. I hope the sweatshop workers who made them are getting treated well. Don’t bother buying anything from these people.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I ordered about 5 shirts in early August and I'm only just now getting an email stating my package has been shipped in late September. The tracking number does not work, as others have stated. It's surely fake. I should've read the reviews before handing them my money. It's definitely a lesson learned. I highly doubt I'll be getting any of my items at all. I emailed them twice about my order to no avail. It's a huge SCAM.

Terrible! Ordered On Aug 5 and have not received item. This company does not respond to emails. I have contacted my credit card company. This company should not be in business.

Maybe I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. I ordered on 8th august and now it's the 14th september. I mean wth. I am only 15yrs old and used to spend my whole damn pocket money from about 2 months on this and I guess it was a waste of money and I could had a lot better things on other websites. I feel like a fool. I hope you read this before buying anything there I can't recommend the shop. I found out about the site from a youtube video that showed nice internet shops so I thought it probably is good and it all looked so cute on the website but now I see it's at all not damn nice or cute

Ordered two pieces of clothing from this site, and only one arrived.

No explanation, refund OR reply from any of my emails to chase it up. It's been 3 months and there's still no sign of any refund whatsoever.

AVOID this website!

I ordered an item and was not able to collect it, when emailing because it was being sent back to explain I hadn't received the package and it was being sent back they said I should have written to the postal service

i ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothes from this shop on August 1. It is now September 1 and i still have not even gotten an email saying my package has shipped. i have tried emailing them numerous times with no response. i would HIGHLY recommend skipping this site as it is a scam, stick to more reputable clothing companies with good reviews. i should have looked at the reviews for this site before i purchased items from it.

im starting to get suspicious because i ordered something at the beginning of this month and it still hasnt arrived. I also have only recieved an email confirming my order.:(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
Same as a lot of the other reviews, they take your cash and give you the run around. I got tracking #s that showed my items shipped. Weeks and weeks pass, no progress on the tracking#s. Then i get an email out the blue saying my order is out of stock, please choose something else for a store credit?? So they straight up gave me a false tracking # that never got anywhere. (it showed multiple transit movements through China). Tell me my order has shipped and then weeks later tell me it hasn't really. Didn't offer refund. Thankfully my bank was more than understanding and is pursuing it.

I placed an order with them, its been 4 weeks and i still have not received my order or an email confirming it has been shipped . I have sent multiple emails and send a DM on their instagram with no response. I do not recommend buying from here at all. I've been scammed and ripped off.

I'm seeing all these bad reviews and these are honestly scary, lol. I ordered $80.75 worth of stuff on February 22nd and it's March 19, still nothing. I don't want to give a 1 star review just yet, I'm simply sharing my experience but the tracking number isn't useful. It says it's at some Chinese airport or something. I got my confirmation email March 9th and have gotten no other email since. I plan on going somewhere on the 22nd of this month and really am hoping the outfit I ordered comes before then but the chances of that are looking slim and dim, especially after these reviews. It's honestly sad, I feel like money has gone to waste already but I hope not. A friend suggested this website to me, now I have to beat her up for it (just joking but I'm disappointed). I would email them but a lot of the reviews talk about their bad communication skills. Oh well, thanks for my ted talk

Still waiting to receive item ordered at the beginning of January.

Terrible. I read all reviews and i still decided to buy from this store so i didnt expect that they send order fast. But i got them earlier than i thought so that was fine. But when i opened it, i was so shocked! The materials feel so so cheap and i can’t wear them at all!! I dont even consider them as clothes. Yeah chinese quality thanks. Also i think the real ones are different from the pictures. Especially color. The real ones look ugly. So i guess they just make copy clothes as usual but still use original pictures which they steal from original company. Im gonna definitely return my order and get refund. You should never try to buy any single thing from this store.
