I purchased the itouch air3 in December 2022 about a month and a half ago the watch wouldn't stay connected to the app and the sides started peeling. I emailed 3 times never got a response finally found a number to call. I called only to have the customer service representative have me do the normal steps that I had done repeatedly. She (Vern) asked for my email so she could send me information about getting a replacement watch. They asked me to pay a $10 replacement fee and then said I would have to pay to ship the defective watch back. Seriously?? Why would anyone pay more money to a company that has defective merchandise??

I have doubled checked that I am on the correct version which I am.. and it will STILL not correct the time! I have reached out to customer service for support. What a joke. Will not respond. I-Touch is good. Works well disappointed they do not make scratch covers for them. I've already got one scratch on it due to my work so not sure whether to wear it anymore. Such a shame as I really like it.

Itouch air special edition was working fine on iPhone 5. Then out of the blue itouch put a user profile up that causes iPhone 5 to get stuck on user profile because next button can’t be accessed on small screen even when you go to accessibility and change to smallest font size. End result, iPhone 5 users have to upgrade by buying another phone to help the cellular market. To fellow iPhone 5 owners, it’s easier just to return your itouch watch to store and get your money back.

Don’t waste your money iphone5 users
The iTouch wearable smart watch is not compatible to iPhone 5. It will get stuck in users profile because the next icon cannot be reached in the iPhone 5 small screen.

Do not download new Iphone App with Air 3 watch
This morning the watch app required an update. After the update, watch (Air 3) would not pair (yes, Bluetooth on and all suggested steps taken... several times). Turn on/off Bluetooth ... Turn on/off iPhone ... reset Air 3 several times. So now my investment is worthless. How do i reinstalled the former software version that worked.?

I have complained to the company and they will only replace it if I pay $40 for shipping- no way will I pay any more for a product I have no faith in.
Their customer service stinks.

Poor product . Very frustrating to use . We follow all instructions for reset and it doesn’t work. Keeps changing to chinese. Bought 2 on a cruise . Neither work properly. Have contacted itouch and they just send reset instructions. DO not buy this product. Canada

Watch is junk.
No warranty if you live in Canada. Had issues from a week after I bought from the cruise ship I was on paid 89.00 for and they want to charge me 25.00 to send it back. Save your money and buy a Fit bit or Apple Watch.

I had a great experience with Jewel…
I had a great experience with Jewel from customer service! Apparently many of these hybrids are a bit long in the tooth and the battery for the analog hands just die in storage...even with the stem kept unengaged. So, Jewel sent me a new one postage paid. I just received a different Itouch hybrid from Burke's Outlet and once again the analog hands are dead. The stem was out as it should be, but the hands did not move. I decided to just trash this one. Just be aware that these hybrids are being sold very cheaply because of that battery issue, in my opinion. Also, I tried to open the case myself with my special case opening tool, but to no avail.

No warranty coverage in Canada. It has a very short battery life . It keeps slipping back into Chinese despite trying to get it back to English. I would never buy this product again !

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
My husband bought me this watch whilst we were on a Cruise ship. I use it when I'm hiking, a couple days ago the battery was getting low so I put the watch on charge with normal charger and nothing, no logo came up, there was no indication if it was charging and now I can't even get it to come on. I emailed Customer Service 12th March 2023, for which I'm still waiting for a reply. Fed up with waiting, I contacted Customer Service by Chat...3 times...on 3rd attempt I got someone. I explained what had happened and that I'd already tried all their suggestions on their Help page. Customer Service agent said he would now proceed with the Warranty claim. After asking my address he told me I would have to pay $40.00 for shipping as I'm in the UK and would have to pay upfront on their website. This worked out more than the watch was worth!!! Told him I would not pay this, I've had this watch for just short of 6 months and am now expected to pay even more for their rubbish quality!!! Whatever you do don't waste your money, the watch is absolute rubbish, Customer Service is extremely terrible and they just want more money to correct their useless product.

I bought it on a cruise ship for $40US. Have had problems with it from start. Sleep cycle not accurate either it says I have had no sleep or 20 hours a night.
I’ve emailed them repleatedly. They keep asking for more of the same questions and saying that a tech will get back to me. Have reinstalled app a number of times.
Even the heart monitor is not anywhere near accurate. I compare it to the monitors on the equipment at the gym.
Complete junk, the best thing is it accurately tells the time. Save your money id have given it half a star if possible. There is a reason the product has bad reviews.

This watch is junk!
I bought this watch in january 2022 at Aldi s. It worked pretty well for about 7 months then it would take several days to recharge. By october I could not get it to sync up with my messages and the body temperature feature would not work. After endless messages with customer experience specialists, where I had to send them my receipt, video of the problems, photos of the watch, the box and warranty and instructions. They could not identify my watch model, what the hell!!! I deleted the app several times, reset and restarted, but nothing worked. I had my knee replaced in december 2022, so I was unable do much. I started trying to resolve the issues again in january 2023. I of course had to RESEND all the information to customer experience specialist again, even though they had all the our correspondence from 2022. Then I was told that the warranty was only good for 1 year, and it had expired. They suggested I purchase another watch. Um, hell no, will advise everyone to avoid these watches like the plague!!

Poor product
The iTouch smartwatch does not work at all!!!
I paied near $40.00 for a gift for a senior before Christmas, only found out it doesn't work (unable to pair) after returning date expired.
A technician from the maker attempted to fix the pairing problem. I had spent hours to collaborate with the technician via phone and email. But the problem is not fixed.
The technician admitted that there is a problem with the product. He repeatedly sends me email ask me to answer the questions to help him solve their problems. I am tired of being lab rat. Please don't waste your time and money on it.
