Earlier this month I passed my ITIL4 Foundation thanks to the help of Trevor and the team at ITSM. The training material is delivered in video format, with test questions and mock exams. You can stop and take notes whenever, take screenshots but most importantly the material is put into real life context to help explain the concepts. I know video learning is not everyone's cup of tea but, if you want a self-paced training programme then Trevor's expertise and knowledge will help you pass the exam.

you can read up on so many management techniques, but ITIL4 doesn't contradict with others whilst categorising the practices for working and providing a useful model for think about applying them. I thought Trevor Wilson's explainations worked well and was particularly impressed with the course structure and summaries

The ITIL V4 intro webinar was an enormously meaningful insight into it's value proposition needless to mention the criticality of getting V4 certified.

Probably the best teacher I have had. Passed the ITIL v3 and V4 with Trevor and he is fantastic, he loves his subject, the lessons, don't feel like a lesson as you can have a good laugh with him and the information still goes in.

Having completed ITIL V3 Foundation and now V4, credit has to be given where it is due. I attended an ITIL 4 intro as i wanted to get my head around the new scheme. I am an ITIL v3 Expert but i found this session quite useful and very informative. Trevor knows his service management. Throughly recommend it to anyone that wants to know more !

Trevor Wilson- This name is enough for me to book any ITIL course with him as the trainer. ITIL4 MP Transition remote live session was my fifth ITIL course with Trevor and I can highly recommend him to anyone who wants to understand ITIL, gain knowledge and pass the exam with ease.
Trevor knows his subject really well and is a very engaging trainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the MP Transition course from the comfort of my home. It was a very interactive and engaging course and met all my learning requirements. I learnt a lot and passed the exam. The course material provided was a great resource to complement the live training session. The summary and the practice questions at the end of each module were extremely helpful to test the knowledge and reinforce learning. The quick revision guide was an added bonus. A fantastic end-to- end experience from booking to the exam.

I purchased the ITIL 4 Foundation E-Learning course. If I'm being honest, I was highly sceptical as to whether this would work for me as I've only ever attended classroom training. My fears were immediately put to rest when I began the course. Trevor's knowledge of IT and specifically ITIL comes across very clearly from the very beginning of the course. His approach is thorough and the course is also supported by anecdotes and actual scenarios which really helped to embed the knowledge in the course. Thanks Trevor.

When it comes to ITIL training Trevor knows his stuff, he is a very knowledgable and engaging trainer. The practice quizzes after each module help in solidifying ITIL concepts and ensure you know the information rather than just memorising.

I found the course really informative and easy to follow. It was good to complete in my own time in small chunks. I found the practice questions most useful and the summary test at the end of each module. The only constructive feedback I have is that the wording of the questions and the multiple choice options seemed a lot more complex on the real exam. There could be a few more difficult questions on the practice exams to prepare for this. Regardless of this I would still give five stars and recommend ITSM assist to others.

Excellent training
Trevor is a briliant trainer and role model. He absolutely knows his stuff and delivers what could be a very dry subject in a way that makes it real and easy to absorb.

A well thought out, well rehearsed training course allowing the student to pass at their own pace and with confidence.

I purchased the ITIL V4 foundation eLearning - If you are thinking of pursuing ITIL V4 certification, personally or within your company I highly reccomend ITSM Assist, and the training delivered by Trevor Wilson.
Anyone who has had the 'opportunity' to train using video-based eLearning knows that they vary massively in quality: From the "That's 6 hours of my life I'll never get back" level of boring; the shouting at the screen as the 'narrator' is not engaged or knowledgeable about the subject, just reading a script produced by someone else; and those that seem great, until you take the exam and wonder if you may have purchased the wrong training.

This eLearning was amongst the best I have seen. Trevor is obviously engaged, knows the subject, and provides an articulate, enthusiastic presentation of knowledge which exceeds that required by the exam.

An absolute pleasure to attend this course, a thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere and very informative trainer.

Really great e-learning package Trevor Wilson was a great trainer who brought his real world experience to the content with great examples. Plus great pricing also using the E-learning course Itself as an example of how resources from multiple suppliers and your own come together to provide a product or service that co-creates value to the customer was simple but inspired. Would definitely recommend.
