I really wanted to like this tool but…

I really wanted to like this tool but it’s just not ready for prime time. The interface is constantly lagging, and half the time my exports fail right at 99%, which is incredibly frustrating when you're on a deadline. When I reached out to the technical team, I just got a generic 'clear your cache' response that didn't help at all. For the price they’re charging, I expected something much more stable. It’s a good concept but the execution is poor. I’ll be switching back to my old provider.
