First time buying from IT Workup.
Was skeptical, but they are legit and received the item I ordered. Took about a week and some days, but they had already advised items take 5 to 12 working days to reach you. I opted to collect instead of courier, and received great customer service when I arrived at their premises in Midrand.

I have purchased an Onyx Boox Go from the website of ITWorkup on 31 July 2024 and the device arrived on 22 August. This might seem long, but it is acceptable as the device is normally available in South Africa and had to be shipped from and international supplier and clear customs, so the longish wait times is expected. I have inquired about the progress three times and I was answered on the same day. It was my first time dealing with them, and I would happily use their services again.

im very disapointed with the reception that i get from this company , i always email to timothy , but he does not get back to me , when i call the office no one answer , i called more than 20 times no one answer the phone is like a fly by night Company, is like there is no sales person

Initially i was very skeptical to deal with ITworkup since my Google search for my product brought up ITworkup as one of the companies which i did not hear of before, and their prices were well below other Companies .Old saying if it is true good to be true , leave it alone. However i took the plunge and ordered my product from ITworkup after reading good reviews from others that purchased from this Company. This Company is legit. My product was delivered as per my order. I had email conversations with Timothy (Sales Manager) during my order process. Timothy was very helpful and emailed promptly. Will deal with ITworkup again. Delivery is a tad bit long, however this is detailed at the beginning of Your purchase , but with this service and pricing , waiting a few days is not an issue.

Had to import goods. Kept to the timeline and got goods as promised. Really trustworthy company.

ITworkup's pricing was the best I could find and the reviews were pretty good so I chose to trust them - with what for me, was quite a big order.
The order took a little time to come, but I wasn't after instant - so that was fine. They kept me informed about the shipping process, and in about 10 days I had it delivered by a courier company.
I'll definitely be looking to these guys for more IT needs in the future.
additionally: The VAT invoice was emailed after the order; payment via credit card was smooth and safe, and the package arrived in perfect condition (all areas where I have had trouble with other providers in the past).

ITworkup offer a fantastic range of products at exceptionally good prices. Their stated aim is to pass on the lowest posssible prices to South African customers. As such they use a network of suppliers both local and remote. Their delivery times vary and are clearly stated - in my experience they have been 100% accurate. I can wait for good prices - and I'm very Happy with my Motto G24 Power Smartphone!

The experience was really slick. They kept me informed throughout the process. Many of the items that they sell aren't available locally and one would otherwise have to self-import from Amazon. If there is one improvement I could suggest, I had understood from reading other reviews that "at the warehouse" doesn't necessarily mean "in the country" and that could have been made clearer. Nonetheless, I will gladly shop with them again.

Bought item on 17/07/2024 and only received it on 05/08/2024. I live in Kempton Park and ITworkup is situated in Midrand. Normally would have received my item/s from Wootware already and they are situated in Somerset West!
