I had two computers with serious issues, and I was worried is not fixable. The technician fixed both machines quickly and professionally, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Also, they managed to retrieve all the data from my personal hard drive, every file, document, and photo was recovered safely. The communication was clear, and the work was done with real expertise.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend them

I had a software issue with my laptop...the guys at ITzone were quick and very communicative. Absolutely brilliant service - definitely recommmend.

My experience was good. Had a problem with the sound system of my laptop and IT Zone fixed it. Thankful to them.

I took my (pretty much) dead HP Envy to these guys and they managed to get it started, and were spot on with their diagnosis in about an hour. They quoted £90 to replace the dysfunctional HDD with a new 240Gb SSD, a fresh install of Win 11 and even re-pasted the dried out thermal paste from the processor.

Turnaround was a couple of days and everything now works perfectly.

Came to them in the shop for a reliable pc for work. They assisted me with a great spec pc at an affordable budget and also looked after us with a screen, mouse and keyboard.

Very friendly, great service and gives an honest recommedation.

We even had a issue with the screen they gave but they came out to my office to replace the screen the very next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought a laptop A1 condition. No problems since. Also had windows 7 put on another laptop. Happy with both. Very nice guys who run this shop.

IT Zone are unbelievable.
Jamil was so helpful when I asked him to fix the drive so I could play Championship Manager.
He then Downloaded all the patches and updates needed on my computer to play the game when i had trouble with it.

I had my ASUS ROG Scar 15 upgraded with a new SSD along with OS installation. The process was efficient and affordable. Very happy.

Got originally quoted £400 from apple to get my MacBook screen fixed thankfully, ITZONE got it done very cheap for me and promptly. 10/10 service would recommend!

They were helpful, they had answered any questions that I had when I called them previously.

Additionally they were fast and quick to service my gaming laptop with it only taking 2 to 3 hrs.

While it did cost me a bit to get cleaning and thermal paste applied, they did not charge for having any of the missing screws replaced.

Overall I recommend anyone who needs their gaming laptop repaired or serviced to visit ITZONE, you will definitely get your money’s worth.

Really fast service. Came to itzone with a corrupted boot and thought it would take a couple of days at least but was done in a matter of hours. And the price was so reasonable, much cheaper than other places where I got a quote

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from IT Zone. I needed to source laptops for my office and I consulted the the guys here. First of all the level of professionalism and care they showed me, really taking into consideration my needs. They were no pushy at all, and even recommended units that were priced less than what I was initially intending to go with.
Not only this but the aftercare I received from them was top notch. They didn't stop at just their sale, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working exactly how I expected it to.
Honestly, hand on heart thank you for everything. You guys deserve all the success.
