The laptop which I bought is good in conditions. It is working nicely. I think battery isa little bit weak than normal. Apart from that it is alright.

Quick service & very trustworthy business

My surface pro 8 went on a loop after a software update. Tried everything from the Microsoft help people but would not go off from loop.

Found this place on Google and let's just say 1 week later I have a fully restored surface pro. 😊 Thank you.

Had a misfortune of my laptop playing up,long start up time, phoned IT Zone who correctly diagnosed the problem as most likely being a hard drive on its way out. Took it down to them, they investigated the matter and it was like they said, hard drive was on its way out.
They advised me throughout the process and gave me alternative options, advising me of the pros and cons of each, allowing me to make the best informed decision.
Also showed me via pictures the years of dust that had built up on the fan and processor, which they did a fantastic job of cleaning and making it as new again

Sarcastic, rude, unhelpful, bad attitude. Rang at 3pm to be advised in a very nonchalant voice that I should wait 45 minutes in the rain, and that he would ring back. Had I even waited, he never rang, and never intended on it. Not how you do business. Pr1ck.

He identified the problem within a day and repaired it the day later which was very accommodating to my busy schedule. He even offered how to prevent any further issues when i went to pick it up.
