Fanrastic servise took all the stress away from mme. Would recommend vanuard to every one.

Cant fault vanguard great service and have helped me to finally becoming debt free.

I’ve put average as they did get my case approved but the communication was not great, they didn’t tell me my creditors would like to see pay slips every 3 months, after approval I have not had much support despite trying to contact them to ask questions.
They do add a charge on to your IVA which is around £3k be aware

I needed the services of Vanguard. With a slight apprehension and a somewhat embarrassment I had with the situation I was in, with my initial telephone contact, they quickly put me at ease. I found them to be very understanding and certainly not judgemental of the position I found myself. Very good customer service, efficient and resolved my situation quite quickly. As the adverts are saying, it's always difficult at times to talk about money issues/problems. If you have any, please talk to Vanguard, they certainly listen and they are there to help.
