Victor is brilliant, from the moment we met him to discuss an engagement ring design, we felt inspired by his advice and the level of detail he went in to whilst remaining, warm, friendly and engaging was more than we could of asked for. Then, through to receiving the ring where he treats you like old friends. The ring itself was a work of art and the love for his craft, pride, care and excellent workmanship are clearly visible in the final piece! I was recommended Ivy Jewellers by a colleague when looking for an engagement ring. They were absolutely fantastic every step of the way and the quality of the work was outstanding. I had an amazing experience of buying my first diamond with Victor at Ivy Jewellers, and I wish I had known about them earlier! As a first-time diamond buyer I was fairly clueless about the type of diamonds that would fit the budget and style I was looking at for my engagement ring, Victor was a pleasure to work with and completely guided me through the whole process, he sourced a number of different diamonds for us to look at and choose together and provided some great practical advice about how we could achieve the trilogy setting I wanted.
The team at Ivy Jewellers absolutely know their stuff and are across all the design trends in engagement rings. I had originally ordered a ring from a well-known Mayfair store who had sold me an over-priced non-GIA stone and then tried to charge me an extra £3k as I wanted to have a slightly bespoke setting- there is none of this with Ivy Jewellers, they always recommend ordering gold-standard GIA stones and as Victor makes all the settings from scratch it’s completely bespoke to what you want. Working in Hatton Garden they are on the doorstep of the world’s top gem dealers abs are able to get some great deals. I highly recommend!

Perfect engagement ring

For a man it’s always stressful to choose the perfect ring and to make my future love the happiest woman on earth. I can’t be more thankful to Victor and Ines in making the most beautiful engagement ring for her. Szilvia, my fiancé was over the moon with the outcome.

I initially met Victor and Ines when I was trying to sell a diamond from an engagement that went wrong. He offered a fair price and I was happy to part with the stone. Victor still enjoys making fun of me for my poor choice of girlfriend at the time.

He then made our wedding rings, and later a pair of halo diamond earrings and a special sapphire ring for my 40th birthday. Each interaction has been fantastic - he is an oracle on all things sparkly, super friendly and accommodating and is clearly passionate about what he does. And because of that, he creates some really beautiful pieces, all at prices we were very comfortable with. Once you start delving into the jewellery business, it feels like such a minefield so it’s nice to have someone on hand who we know we can trust. We don’t feel we need to go anywhere else and will definitely use him again if I’m lucky enough to be able to expand my collection one day!
