Like many others - I have returned some boots and have had ZERO response from their customer service. These were expensive boots - I returned as per their policy and no response. Social comments are turned off. It appears this business is struggling - DO NOT BUY. Check their customer facebook comments to see the extent of this.

Buyers be aware - like the many other comments- purchased boots too small - returned them - Australia Post confirmed delivery - - 3 weeks later, four emails, 3 DMs - no customer service response. They’ve also turned off social media comments- I’ve reported them to Meta - so hoping no one else experiences this expensive lesson.

Do not trust this company! They do not provide customer service at all. They do not respond to any emails in Australia or Denmark. Apparently there phone number doesn't work. They don't abide by their return policy. I have fairly returned my shoes that just unfortunately ran too small and they have not returned by $500. Apparently there are others who are also out of pocket the same.

Ordered a pair of boots that my sister had also purchased which I loved. Arrived size too small so returned as per instructed to do in order for a refund. Arrived in Australia 2 weeks ago (tracked parcel)$50 to send back!! No refund, not replying to any of my emails and I'm so angry!!!! I'm down $300 NZD, would've been $600 but they had a 50% sale on.....hmmmm wonder why, probably are closing down and I got sucked in! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY :(

Returned a pair of boots via their returns process, auspost tracking says they were delivered 3 weeks ago. I have emailed several times and had no response. Beware of buying from Ivylee, it seems they may have gone out of business. I have since opened a dispute with PayPal which they have not responded to either.
Comments have been turned off on their Instagram , I wonder why!?
UPDATE-PayPal have issued a refund to me & closed the dispute in my favour. If any customer has paid via PayPal you can do the same or if paid by credit card you can request a chargeback directly from your bank

I was genuinely excited when I order a pair of Jenny Beige boots from Ivylee Copenhagen. I purchased them in a size 41 which is normally my size. When they arrived about a week later, I was disappointed to find they were way too small.
I followed all the return steps carefully, selecting the option to exchange them for a Different boot – Palmer Tan in a size 42. I sent as suggested with completed return and exchange form included and tracked the parcel. I tracked the parcel and could see that it had arrived at the return address in Laverton VIC. I sent an email with all the details that had been on the return form as a curtesy. No response!!!
Since then, I’ve written multiple emails and tried calling several times, with absolutely no response. It feels like my purchase — and my money — have simply vanished into a void. We're talking about a significant investment, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark.
The lack of basic customer service and accountability from Ivylee Copenhagen is beyond disappointing. I honestly expected so much better. This process has now been going on for 2 months

I had been eyeing a pair of heels from Ivylee Cooenhagen and finally ordered a pair size 39. They arrived after a week and unfortunately they were too small. To return them i filled out some paperwork where i selected the option to have a replacement pair in size 40 sent out. After more than a week i get an email that the shoes i sent back were received, then nothing. I never got the replacement pair. I never got a credit. I have written and called so many times and i hear nothing back. At this point the summer vacation is over i don't need these shoes anymore, but i certainly want a refund! I have never received experienced such poor customer service!
I live in sweden and don't know which authorities to complain to in Denmark?!

I received my boots and I decided to return them as per policy within the 14 days to the Laverton Victoria address that was provided. They were delivered to the address 10 days ago and I have had no communication or a refund. Very disappointing service and now down $319 + the cost of returning the parcel. I would not recommend anyone to buy from here.

Ordered boots, finally arrived, $500+ nzd. Didn’t fit, sent them back, now radio silence, won’t answer emails!!! No refund, I’m out of pocket over $600 as I had to pay $80 to send them back. Scammers!

Købte sandaler til min kone,, de passede ikke, så vi sendte dem retur, og ville have pengene tilbage, det er nu en måned siden og vi har ikke fået noget, vi kan ikke få kontakt, hverken på mail eller telefon,, hold jer langt væk fra denne butik

Update - I received both pairs of shoes today... on my doorstep... 6 days after ordering them (nothing international EVER arrives this fast to NZ). Both pairs are beautiful and fit perfectly (size 39). Excellent quality, the heels are so cute (called Shane, ha ha!) Still no sign of my proof of purchase but I guess it doesn't matter as will be wearing both pairs and not returning. Have revised from 1 star to 4 stars. One star off for what is frankly quite a perplexing supply chain model of providing absolutely zero customer service... but fabulous shoes.

I ordered a pair of Ivy Lee boots and some heels online over the weekend. I thought it weird at the time that I didn’t receive an immediate receipt of purchase (yes I check my spam folder). It is now Thursday and I still haven’t received a receipt of purchase, or an update on my order, their standard automatic response says I can’t even ask for a refund. I have a fabulous pair of Ivy Lee boots I have been wearing for years but after reading these reviews I am 100% worried about size, fit and quality of these new ones - if they show up! The customer service is terrible and quite gaslighting… inferring that I shouldn’t contact them during out of hours (I live in NZ, all our hours are out of your hours and it’s winter here 😬). Will update this post if the boots show up. But I kinda feel like now this brand is dead to me.

Produkterne er pæne, men service er elendig. Robot styret og helt umuligt at få svar på mail eller en på telefonen.
Det er jo ikke billige produkter og derfor synes jeg at service burde svare til varen. Jeg vil aldrig handle der igen. Det er ganske enkelt for bøvlet.

Jeg sendte en ordre den 27 juni og her herefter intet hørt. Jeg har skrevet og rykket, men der er total radiotavshed

De eerste bestelling ging goed maar de 2e is nu ruim een week geleden geplaatst en behalve de orderbevestiging heb ik niks meer van ze gehoord.

Zelf nog een e-mail gestuurd en hierop tot op de heden geen reactie gekregen.

Ik hoop dat ik mijn sandalen nog ga krijgen.

Jeg indsendte allerede næste dag mine sko til ombygning, via GLS og dertil hørende label.
Det er en uge siden, og jeg har ikke modtaget bekræftelse fra IVYLEE her på, og de er gået under jorden lige siden. De svarer hverken på mail eller mobil, og jeg har forsøgt over nogle dage. Jeg mangler skoene til weekenden, og mangler tid til at finde andre. Eller svar på om de kan løse opgaven . Men de svarer ikke, trods mails og opkald.

What a beautiful boots and sandals. Not only beautiful but very good quality and the way they fit is wonderful.
Easy on the foot, soft but strong. Happy happy happy
