Three out of five is being generous. Having to make a stop at a different location to pick up keys was very inconvenient and then I found that the instructions for entering the apartment were wrong. The opposite, in fact, of what was given in the check in information. The apartment was much shabbier than the pictures and reviews described. Old, dirty furniture, dirty walls, moldy washing machine, non working pendant light in kitchen. I cut my losses and high-tailed it out of there after one night. Went to a Marriott. Worth it.

My first and last time trusting Ivy Lettings.

I have to thank everyone at Ivy— with a special nod to Lara — for being so communicative and helpful at all stages of the reservation. The property itself is charming, comfortable and well-kept, as well as being in a great spot for exploring and transportation.

We stayed for 10 days in Parsons Green, and we always stay with Ivy. When we arrived at our flat, it was already decorated for Christmas. This extra touch made our holidays that much more special. I can always count on Ivy to be professional, prompt, and for those reasons, it is the only company we use while staying in London. I wish they would expand their territory. The flat in Parsons Green was wonderful. It has all the amenities. It is quiet and close to shopping and the tube stations.

Linhope Street was a delightful home and the accommodations were just as represented on the website. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the Underground or train station. Would highly recommend this home.

First of all we very much appreciated the illuminated Christmas tree upon entering.
The house was very well presented, welcoming and cozy, the perfect gateway for our Christmas days.
We especially appreciated the very well equipped kitchen.

We have used Ivy Lettings for our vacation rentals for the past three years. They are a great company with very attentive service. They also address any needs quickly and efficiently.

This is our second year in the Smith Street apartment in Chelsea. You cannot beat the location just steps from Kings Road and multiple transport links. The apartment itself is well appointed, roomy and warm in winter. We visit London every year and we are looking forward to returning to Smith Street or possibly another of the Ivy Letting properties in the future.

Check in was easy, simply picked up keys at a shop adjacent to the nearest underground station.
The property was spotless and nicely equipped. The large windows provided a lovely view of the gardens across the street.
Ivy lettings was responsive when we called with a lock issue.
The South Kensington location was a short walk to two underground stations, shops and restaurants.

From the very beginning, the team at Ivy Lettings were helpful to us. The apartment was wonderful! Great location, well kept space, and good layout for us. We walked everywhere. Quiet, peaceful street. Really good restaurants within 10 to 15 minute walk easily.

The house on Waterford Road was delightful. Talk about space. There were supposed to be 4 of us...one couple and 2 singles, which was perfect for the 3 big bedrooms and baths adjacent. Only 3 could make it. Delightful garden in the back to look at from the spacious kitchen. Great pub half a block away. Lots of stores to stock up the 'frig for breakfast and cocktail hour. Fine restaurants as well. A winner!!

This flat is in a great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport links. The layout,on two levels makes it a nice place to be together, or enjoy some privacy. During our stay, we felt safe and enyoyed that the area is quiet and away from main roads.

I like dealing with Ivy because they are reputable and I can say that after 18 stays over 12 years. Properties are well kept in great locations making your vacation time about seeing sights rather than taking time to get there to see them.

Very easy site to navigate. In particular, there is a very complete set of filters to help sort through the available houses. Ivy responded right away to our questions by email.
A beautiful house with a wonderful garden. Very updated interior with modern bathrooms and kitchen and nice art work and sculptures both in the house and the garden.

Our stay at Child's Street was definitely a 5! It is a beautiful property, fabulous location, and the Ivy staff could not be more helpful. This is our fifth Ivy let, and we will be back!

Outstanding service in London holiday rentals. I am a customer of Ivy Lettings since 2014 and I cannot recommend it enough. Great properties in top locations, fast and attentive service, extra care for details that we always appreciate.

House was of exceptional quality, tastefully decorated and well loved by its owners. We had every amenity and plenty of space.
Location was perfect, very close to the Earl's Court station and with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. And yet it was in a very quiet and secluded street that allowed full privacy.
My favorite parts of the house were the luscious plants in the back garden (and the wisteria growing on the front), and the kitchen area with its glass ceilings.
We felt instantly at home and I think this is the key quality of Ivy properties that I love the most: how welcoming they feel from the moment you step into the front door.
I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone staying in London and I hope we get to stay there again next time we visit.

The perfect family trip home!

My wife and 2 kids spent the week in London, and this house was the PERFECT homebase for our adventures throughout the city. Our itinerary took us to Wembley, Hyde Park, Mayfar, Marlyebone, West End, Buckingham, the London Eye, and this home was perfectly located (< .4mi to South Kensington Tube and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood... perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city). There's great shopping and dining (sit-down + grab-and-go coffee, etc) nearby, and friendly neighbors (a safe, welcoming area). I would HIGHLY recommend this home!

We stayed in St Anselm’s place, which we really enjoyed! The location is perfect, so central. The kitchen is amazing, no microwave!, not that I cooked! There is a balcony which is nice and walk in shower.
Bond Street tube (Jubilee line) is 2 minutes away. My husband took the tube to Heathrow early one morning, 35 minutes and I think £13.
I would definitely recommend this property and we will stay there again!

I received plenty of information leading up to our trip. If I had any questions, they answered back within a few hours. Even conversations during the stay were easy and straightforward. Finding the key hub to grab the keys was the only item not amazing…it was hot and we were dragging our suitcases around to find the flower shop. All was well, but it would have been AMAZING to have a closer place to grab the key from.

I always try to stay in Pimlico, a quiet residential area near Victoria and Westminster with good tube and bus connections to the sights. Cambridge St was a 5 star plus rental. I loved this flat. The owner has created a delightful pied a terre for one or two people on the ground floor, suitable for elderly like myself. The flat is tastefully decorated and furnished with a quiet bedroom at the back and a comfortable bed with nice linens. Wifi and TV were reliable.Grocery shopping on Lupus St (two blocks away) along with a Tesco Express, Post Office with Cash Point (ATM), a popular Italian Deli, coffee shops, fish and chips shop.Many restaurants in the Victoria, Ebury St and surrounding areas. If you don't know London well, use the tfl.gov.uk journey planner for bus and tube routes from Pimlico. St. Gabriel's church is nearby and has special concerts.
