It has been very lovely knowing and working with Alex and the lovely team.
Very professional and very efficient, also the quality of the wood and the way it looks is amazing.

They left the place as if there was no workshop happening all cleaned and anything that has been moved put back in its place.

Really recommend this company and I have done a lot of research before finding this one and I think it's the best you will find and for the price your paying for.

I just want to thank Alex and his team for my beautiful walk in wardrobe!
They provided an excellent service, Alex made several trips to make sure I was happy with the final design. Then the fitting was arranged at a time that was convenient to my busy work schedule and every effort was made to ensure I was happy with the finished product.
I would be recommending their services to my family and friends without any hesitation.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I recently received from I-wardrobes, the quality of their wardrobes and the excellent workmanship of their fitters. Very happy with the result. Alex was profesional and quick in clearing any of my doubts or concerns. Marek and his colleague did amazing job!! I highly recommend their service.

Very impressed with iwardrobes. Alex was an excellent representative. Everything was swift and time was spent understanding our requirements. All emails were responded to as a matter of urgency and all the timings were set out nice and clearly. Best bit was getting home and finding that the fitters had done a really professional job. Really pleased.

The good points 1st. Finally, the end result of this wardrobe is entirely acceptable and I think this is a company who want to do well, but I do have reservations about the service they provide.

Alex, who came to measure the space, was confident about the quality of their product and a good salesman.

Having paid 10% of the cost to have a drawing of the wardrobe done, they then wanted a further 80% of the total cost up front before any work had been started. I paid this by bank transfer, but I would suggest that payment by PayPal or credit card allows the consumer better redress in the event of a problem.

I was asked to sign a contract which in fact holds no water. It included the idea that one could not withhold payment of the final 10% on the basis of 'minor' defects in the finished product. No doubt the company were to determine what was minor! I checked with the 'Which' legal team and it may be useful to know that in their view this and other conditions of the contract had no credence in law and would not be upheld should the consumer and company go to court.

It was impressed upon me that any changes that I made would result in higher costs, however a week before the fitting I was told that the colour of the melamine interior I had chosen was not available and I was to choose another one. I was also told that the date that was agreed at the outset also had to be changed.

When the wardrobe was fitted there were defects. Chips were left on the interior and infill pieces were clumsily fitted.

I declined to pay the final 10% until they were remedied and I received a
polite but legally threatening response. It was only when I pointed out the advice I had taken from "Which' that a more reasonable response was forthcoming.

The defects have now been remedied and I am pleased with the wardrobe. However I think that more attention needs to be given to customer service. £45 was removed from my bill because there was a two day delay in fitting. Would I use iwardrobe again? Hmmmm, not sure. For a wardrobe costing just under £3000 I would have expected not to have to call them out on the quality of the finish or their customer service.

Recently, I have decided to change my standard IKEA wardrobe (which is not bad) to something more elegant and luxury. I've started to research online for a company and I've found i-wardrobes. I liked couple of design they have on the website, therefore I have booked a design visit via website (it was really easy). On the day of booking I had a design visit and received good advises, as well as we negotiated style, material, type and payment. Installation wasn't long and now I enjoying new wardrobe. Overall, company provided decent service and have done great job. Thanks.

I was using another design company, they were alright, but still different from what I wanted. One of my friends recommended me an i-wardrobes website. I have found a great wardrobe, exactly what I had in mind and even better. That, coupled with great service received and quick installation, makes this company one of the best ones I ever used. I always wanted a fitted wardrobe but it was hard to find what I wanted and on Google I have found this great fitted wardrobe company. I have booked a design visit and that was a great experience. Designer have helped me to choose a colour and helped with measure the sizes. After that installers came and have done an amazing job. I’ve enjoyed a lot. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

I have found this amazing company online and with my parents we bought a great fitted wardrobe. Really quick and great service, as well designer helped to choose the best option for our not standard sizing room. Wonderful service, awesome design and loads of space to store clothes.
