Post order communication could be a little better but the delivery process and the quality of the product is faultless

The correspondence from the company was great from order to delivery.The delivery drivers male and a young lady were very respectful of my home and placed my shelving unit where we wanted it. The item is beautiful heavy and very well made.

Beautiful, solid bookcase. Very helpful service and friendly delivery driver. I highly recommend and will definitely be using Chronology in the future.

Very well built and finished. Good variety of sizes that allowed me to configure their shelves around existing furniture. Polite and helpful courier who helped unload and carry the shelves to their positions.

Just received my desk. I absolutely love it! The quality is second to none. Their customer service is also amazing and was very quick to respond. If you’re looking for quality furniture that’s built to last, look no further.

The bookshelf is lovely. Very sturdy, wonderful colour, and fits... Well, some of my books, but that's my problem. 😁

The whole process of purchasing through this company was excellent. Really simple ordering process and great delivery service. Very helpful on the phone when I called to get an updated expected delivery date, and Martyn (delivery driver) messaged and called ahead of delivery so we knew exactly when he’d be there. The item is excellent quality, we will definitely buy from them again.

Really nice quality furniture and will definitely look at other things i can buy in the future. We bought 2x Industrial shelving units with cupboard for my sons bedroom and Chronology were happy to reduce the width so it fitted nicely in the space. The units really transform the bedroom from a young kids space to a more sophisticated space, and the units also fit well with a lot of the other furniture in our house to create continuity. Thick, very nice wood and feels like they will last a lifetime. Delivery was great and super nice guy who had driven straight from Chronology to London and was super helpful. All round very pleased.

I ordered a HiFi unit with record storage, it was made to order which took a little longer than expected, however it was well worth the wait, it looks fantastic, it was delivered into our room of choice with care and attention, would recommend chronology to anyone and would happily purchase from them in the future.

I received prompt replies to my initial enquiry, ordering was simple and delivery was very accommodating. The bookcase is very well made, solid timber & looks lovely. We are very pleased with our purchase & the service. I would definitely recommend to others & we would buy again from Chronology.

The Handmade Wooden Ladder Bookcase we ordered is exactly as described on the Chronology website. The ordering process was straight forward. Martyn, our delivery the driver got in touch beforehand to keep us informed.

Fantastic product, great quality and easy to assemble. Looks fab.

However, order was despatched late and no communication until I followed it up to ask where it was.

Once this was done, delivery was prompt.

Our lovely new table arrived right on time and we are very pleased with it. Ordering and delivery were very simple and it was easy to attach the legs (once we had realised we didn’t need any screws!) Would happily use this company again.
