!!! SCAM SITE !!!
Why did I not see these reviews before??
I purchased a pair of sneakers that indicated 48 hour delivery and I also paid for next day delivery. One month later, I am still waiting.
No answers either to my emails which is pathetic.
So I placed a complaint on the official French fraud control site: SignalConso (search on Google)
And I asked my credit card for a chargeback.

SCAM WEBSITE
charged me for my shoes and express international delivery, i ordered my shoes on the 11th of December and its a month later. I still have not received my shoes and I have emailed multiple times, they tell you they reply within 72 hours, (its been 3 weeks). please do not buy from here you will lose your money

J'ai passé une commande le 06/12/2023. J'ai payé un supplément pour m'assurer de recevoir mon colis à temps. A ce jour (16/1/2024) je n'ai rien reçu ! Envoyé plusieurs fois par email mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Très peu professionnel et clairement des escrocs. 175 € de perdu, alors soyez prudent.

I placed an order on 20/12 paid for express delivery and still not received. Have sent numerous emails but no reply. No contact no. or chat on website. Will be raising chargeback with the bank.

Be aware that its a SCAM website. Its FAKE and don't order anything. I paid express delivery for 3-5 days delivery. After two weeks and still don't received my shoes. Also there is not any contact number on the website. They don't reply on complaints, so be careful not to buy anything from this web, you will lose your money.

Hier NIET kopen, zijn oplichters. Schoenen gekocht en betaald. Nooit schoenen ontvangen en geen contact met ze mogelijk.

Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du 19 décembre 2023. J’ai payé 9,90 € pour un envoi express ! Pas de réponse à mes demandes concernant cette commande 🙈
Le 9 Mars toujours pas reçu les chaussures. Aucune aide pour savoir ce qui se passe. Demande d’information complémentaire vous les donner et ça ne sert à rien. Aucun recours !

Please do not buy anything from here online!!! Ordered a pair of UGG boots and payed for it, 1,5 months ago. After successfull payment I received an auto-confirmation mail, and nothing else since then. The estimated delivery date was beginning of december. Contacted customer service, they provided no information about the status of my order, just if I wanted to be refunded. I said if they don't have stock, then refund me. No replies since then (1 week passed already)

Update: After 2 months and several e-mails still no reply, I went to police to file a complaint, forwarded to them but still no reply

Never buy from this site. I ordered sneakers on 12th November 2023 and have not received yet. On 3rd December wrote to help desk and they asked my order number (however information was already included in the e-mail) and since then only auto replies that cannot answer. I have paid 139 euros and have doubts that will ever receive my sneakers. Wondering how at the time of order the company rating on trust pilot was 4,5 stars

Fake website with the only purpose of scamming customers. No answers from customer service. They never ship the goods. Positive reviews are surely fake

Betrouwbaar gebleken. Wel redelijk lang levertijd en aanvankelijk miste ik de informatie over het logistieke proces, maar dat ging later beter.

I am still waiting for the shoes I ordered and I since there is no reply to my emails, I am starting to understand that this shop is a fraud. I should have read the reviews from this site before ordering anything. Please don't do the same mistake. :(

I ordered a pair of ugg ultra mini 6 weeks ago and still didn’t receive it. Total scam and bullsh!t. If i don’t get my order i will contact international police and i will like to get the money refunded back into my account

Voleur ! J’ai effectué ma commande 13/12 et elle devait être livrée entre le 18 et le 21/12. Toujours sans nouvelles de ma commande qui reste el statut non traité. La commande a bien été débitée mais rien reçu. J’ai contact le service client qui reste ne me répond pas.
Je déconseille fortement ce site d’arnaque!!!!FUYEZ!

Grosse arnaque ils ne remboursent pas. Ne répondent pas et n'envoie pas la marchandise
