Great from start to finish fantastic company to deal with

Selling our home was made easy by all at the Duston branch of Jackson Grundy. Thanks to Chris and Brandon for the early sales stage with a huge thank you to Becky for her work in completing the sale. If you’re selling in the area, don’t look anywhere else.

Becky was absolutely fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and she was always quick to help sort out any queries.
She made the process a lot less stressful.

Chris was very quick in finding someone to buy our house, both him and Megan were incredibly professional with everything to do the sale and showings.

Becky was a godsend when it came to the sale! She helped to keep me calm most of the time with reassurance and support throughout. We had a bit of a longer wait due to management companies, but Becky keep everyone update and spoke to us at least once a week.

A fantastic firm, we would recommend them to anyone!

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.

Rhys, Aby and Sam made a great team with helping us with a very challenging purchase along side a sale too. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient and at times went above and beyond to help things progress as best as possible. Good and helpful communication throughout a long process. If one of them was not available, the other would be able to pick up the trail. We wouldn't hesitate to use JG again.

From my initial enquiry Tanya was very helpful and communication was always great. I rented the property for two years and there was no issue in this time. They would always give notice for inspections or work that needed carrying out. Moving out was equally as simple.

The Jackson Grundy team went above and beyond during my house sale. Communication was second to none and constantly kept me informed at all stages of the process even during a very tricky sale at times. An extremely knowledgeable and helpful team!

Tanya was amazing! I have dealt with other estate agents recently and none were as warm and friendly as her. She made me want the property even more. She helped me along the way as well, I really couldn’t have asked for more. She is an asset to the company! Following the passing of our parents we contacted Becky at Jackson’s and from the off we were provided with excellent support and advice. It took several months for probate to be sorted out and during that time we lost a link in the chain but Becky kept us informed and secured very quickly another purchaser. During what was a difficult time for the family, Jackson staff were great, always replied to emails and answered all our queries. Becky was particularly helpful and supportive throughout the process and we would strongly recommend using Jackson Grundy if your selling you home and want first class service

Polite and very helpful.

Incredibly rude and condescending staff, very unhelpful and were put out when I rang to ask them questions re my tenancy. Rang as they ignored email. Falsely advertised property both with pictures and goods stated in property. Took 2 weeks for them to confirm which white goods were in property. Had to drag information out of them as to what would happen next, eg once signed tenancy agreement electronically would we get copy of tenancy agreement back signed by them or ? Overall very unimpressed and would not use them again.

We have recently sold Mums property through Jackson Grundy Duston Branch.
It has been a difficult & emotional time for my Sister & I for many different reasons, one being the distance I live from Northampton..
The team at JG have been amazing, Supportive compassionate, professional, keeping us informed every step of the way..

Excellent service from Chris, Becky and Megan in the Duston branch, from start to finish. Thoroughly professional throughout the sale of my deceased parents home,to completion.
They were all extremely empathetic during this emotional journey for myself and my sister. The communication from them was second to none, especially having to deal with 2 daughters that live miles apart.
