Great Team, Great service. Couldnt ask for more

One of the most stressful things in life is when buying/moving into a new house. Choosing to work with Jack and his team when going through this process and eventually buying mine and my families dream house was a choice that I would choose again and again. Constant communication, support through any issues that popped up and a real down to earth but highly professional service made stress levels more than manageable! Thank you Jack!!

Unprofessional and simply rude. Dismissive of buyers concerns and opinions. Sending voice notes as a form of communication with passive aggressive tones.

Amy was fantastic from start to finish. We had previously listed our property with another large nationwide estate agent, but they were nowhere near the level of expertise and service we received from Amy at Jack Terry Properties.

After having our property on the market for four months with barely any interest, Amy came in, advised us honestly on what needed to be done, suggested a realistic sale price, and within a week the property was under offer with multiple offers on the table.

Not only that, but Amy was on hand throughout the entire process, recommending trusted contacts, chasing solicitors, communicating between us and the buyers, and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.

I’ve been recommending Jack Terry Properties for months now based on my own experience and after hearing glowing feedback from a friend too, and I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

We had Jack Terry come out to value my mother's property, she had 2 valuations from other estate agents and felt an independent estate agent would give her a good overview of what her house was worth and what price to put it on the market at.
From the start she felt that he didn't really want to be there and didn't want to take on the task of being her agent. He was dismissive and at some points quite rude about her property. At the end of the visit he said her house probably wouldn't sell and gave her a price far below the other 2 agents ( who were very similar). He put her off selling, made her feel like her house was horrible and not even worth a decent price. His dismissive and rude attitude was not something we were expecting from a independent business. Use with caution.

We used Jack Terry Property and we were impressed from start to finish. The video of the house was amazing and the drone shots spectacular. Once we sold Jack has been on side throughout the whole process. When I send him a message he responds very quickly.
He and his team have been so helpful to me during this difficult time.

From start to finish, Amy was outstanding. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. What really impressed us was the modern approach she brought to the process—setting up a WhatsApp group for us and the team. This made communication far more efficient and accessible than relying on long email chains, keeping everything moving smoothly and ensuring we were always kept up to date.

They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but thanks to Jack and Amy, the entire process—from our offer being accepted right through to moving into our new home—was seamless and stress-free.

I purchased a property via Jack, and my experience with him has been unprofessional, to say the least. Throughout the purchase, Jack’s communication was excessive, contacting me multiple times outside business hours.

Jack initially referred me to a broker, who I later left, because without my knowledge he had contacted the broker, potentially ascertaining my personal information without my consent. He then called me outside business hours, panicking and challenging my affordability for the property before the broker had the chance to walk me through their recommendations.

He repeatedly badgered me to contact my new broker on several occasions, asking them to send emails as proof that I could meet the purchasing requirements, far beyond what I felt a competent estate agent would request, especially given that I had already provided a Decision in Principle.

Towards the end of the purchase, he had a childish outburst that I still don’t understand, where he insulted me by calling me “rude” when, in fact, all I did was answer his question. With no apology, he then acted as if it hadn’t happened (as shown in the attached image).

Finally, on the day of the exchange, I was left outside the property with the key hidden on the floor nearby. Jack had informed me he wasn’t available for the key exchange, which I accepted. However, upon trying the key, it didn’t work. This resulted in the previous owner having to squeeze through a tight narrow window gap to give me access to the property.

From beginning to end, my dealings with Jack have been an absolute disaster.
