I ordered a new cover for my hot tub from the Jacuzzi shop, it arrived with dried bird excrement on the box and the cover was damaged.
I have emailed Jacuzzi with photos and video evidence, they have not responded satisfactory. I have only received an email saying, “case raised”. They no longer have a phone number where you can speak to someone.
My review appears as if it’s being linked to Jacuzzi Hertfordshire while writing, yet Jacuzzi Hertfordshire at Great Amwell no longer exists.

Received a visit from the Engineer - John. He was outstanding. Whie our fault was very easily resolved (turned out it wasn't a fault just the Infra Red was not set up correctly on installation,) he spent time explaining how the controls worked, the things to look out for on maintaining the water. He is everything you want from a post sales support and allayed our concerns as our hot tub was delivered on the day the Great Amwell site closed (no word from Jacuzzi about this at all, and then our new hot tub wasn't working properly.)
The company needs to work on its Customer Service communication.
This review is for John who thoroughly deserves 5 stars.

We got our Jacuzzi a few weeks ago from Jacuzzi Hertfordshire. Tony and Mike were very helpful when we were looking at the different Jacuzzis, and the installation team were efficient and helpful with their advice on maintainance.
We use the Jacuzzi at least once a day, and our children and grandchildren regularly use it.
The biggest surprise is the feeling of wellbeing after use, with fewer aches and pains and much better quality sleep. Pure luxury!
We could have got a cheaper hot tub, but we have been impressed by the quality of the Jacuzzi, the sales team and the after sales service.

From start to finish the whole process of becoming a Jacuzzi owner has been easy and stress free.
From our very first contact with Jacuzzi Hertfordshire to see if they had the Sun Soul 550 tub so we could come and sit in it to see if my 6ft+ other half would actually fit in it to purchasing and taking delivery of the J335 (as he didn't fit, of course!), Michael and Tony could not have been more helpful. No pushy sales - just helpful telephone conversations, time on site and follow up emails clarifying anything we'd asked.
Michael came to do a home survey and assured us that our access, positioning and power was satisfactory.
All our paperwork was done over the phone/by email and online so there was no unnecessary travelling involved either.
Delivery day came and we were informed about an hour prior of their arrival time which gave us time to clear the drive of cars for access. Both fitters were extremely well presented, polite and friendly and worked seamlessly together in a quiet and tidy manner since it was only 0800 in the morning. They both took their time to make sure the tub was in the right place - they even got the tape measure out to make sure it was straight which pleased my other half! - before they started to fill the tub.
Once the tub was filled, which only took around an hour and everything was ready to go, the engineer took time to explain what he was doing on the set up of the chemicals and talked us through daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance.
When the guys left they took all the rubbish away with them, which was unexpected (but I was very pleased they did!) as the packaging is plentiful!
Waiting for the tub to heat up was agonising - there's this big shiny hot tub in your garden but the water temperature is too low and the chlorine level too high! Installation of the tub was completed around midday and by 10.30pm we were in water that was 36 degrees - utter bliss!!
We've now had two weeks of use, maintenance and pure enjoyment. Despite being October we have managed several sessions in the tub and even one slightly rainy session but it was still really enjoyable.
Cost to run is as expected/anticipated and the smart tub APP allows us to monitor power usage (cost), start the bubbles before we get in, control the temperature and even put it into holiday mode (we 'sadly' had to go away for a pre-planned holiday and leave our tub for 4 days after we got it!.) so got to try that out too - tub dropped 10 degrees only in the 5 days we didn't use the tub for.
The lighting inside/out of the tub is brilliant.
The speakers inside the tub are amazing!
The seats and jets are all different and comfortable and using the various buttons and knobs each tubbing session is completely different but relaxing and oh so enjoyable!!
Our bodies are definitely loving the tub sessions and so are our minds - it's a totalling relaxing experience every time and we are utterly pleased with our experience with the Jacuzzi product and the team of Michael and Tony at Jacuzzi Hertfordshire who helped us to make an informed decision, purchase and amazing addition to our life!
Well done Jacuzzi on the product and to Michael and Tony - a massive thank you for everything you did for us!

Michael & Tony were absolutely amazing from the moment we enquired and throughout the whole process to installation. The delivery team were also very friendly and helpful.
Our Jacuzzi J-335 is an amazing hot tub to relax in and looks amazing in the day & especially at night with the lights on.
I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Hertfordshire to anyone who wants a hassle free, friendly and knowledgeable service along with a quality product.

After extensive research and previously having a Jacuzzi hot tub for over 15 years we decided to buy the J-445.Michael Kent was a pleasure to deal with.He was very informative and not pushy in any way.We wanted to get the hot tub in place very quickly as we had building work that needed completing after the installation.The whole process took less than a week including a site visit from Michael and his colleague.The installation team were excellent and extremely polite and explained the operation and maintenance of the tub.John Blamire visited after installation to check everything was working correctly.I would recommend the whole team at Jacuzzi from Sales,installation and customer care.

Excellent from sales dealership, installation and after market service. We had problems with a heat sensor but this was quickly resolved by a Jacuzzi engineer. Would recommend buying a Jacuzzi hot tub due to quality build with good insulation holding temperature well.

My Jacuzzi had an error on the panel.
Called Jacuzzi Hertfordshire and spoke with Michael who as always was polite and easy to deal with.
Explained the issue and he passed over to the service team to book in an appointment.
Had to wait a few days as it was a bank holiday weekend but as soon as the office staff were back in they called me and arranged a date.
The night before the service call I received a text message to say that the engineer would be with me between 10am to 11am.
The service engineer (John Blamire) turned up on time, diagnosed the issue as a blown thermostat. John was polite, helpful.
Swapped out the thermostat, reset the board and checked it was working within 15 minutes.
Now just waiting for the hot tub to fill up and fingers crossed all will work fine.
So far very good service.

Tony & Michael at Van Hage Garden Centre have have been extremely helpful, answering all my email & telephone queries (and there have been a lot) while I was learning to clean/use my jacuzzi they even came out to help when I struggled to open the water outlet. Excellent customer care!
