From start to finish really professional and extremely helpful, nothing was to much for them.

I recently purchased the J325 Jacuzzi hot tub for my back garden and it has been a game changer, I now feel more relaxed and am sleeping better. I would like to thank Michael at Jacuzzi Hertfordshire for his professional help and advice on the operation of the product and Luiza in customer service for helping me set up the SmartTub app.

Customer service is absolutely diabolical! Lodged a issue with my hot tub after installing it, The local company that sold me the hot tub, didn't even want to know. The hot tub has been assembled incorrectly in the factory, with the non return valve being installed in the wrong direction. So I contacted Jacuzzi immediately Lodged the issue with customer service roughly 25 days ago, still waiting for an engineer to come and resolve the issue. They can't even be bothered to call me back, after promising me multiple times!. Now I have high end holiday let, missing the key feature for the high season.

Key Lesson from this experience, don't buy a Jacuzzi Lodge Model!

Five stars are not enough! My Jacuzzi experience started with Michael Kent, Manager Jacuzzi Hertfordshire, who was exceptionally helpful. He personally carried out a site visit as access to my walled estate garden was difficult and required a crane, at the same time he gave me invaluable advice about site preparation. As a result the delivery team carried out a faultless installation. The after-sales service by James Goodson and Cat Kissane in Leeds was also excellent and a small defective part quickly replaced. But most important of all with the help of a small tent for the winter my family have now constantly enjoyed our excellent jacuzzi for 9 months.
Well done Jacuzzi.

Purchased tub in 2019 june not working for 2 months as not set up. then faulty with eventual discovery of 1 replacement head rests and hole fitments.
2 main board faulty.
1 st second and third top controller faulty more than 15 months spent out of use due to long term waits for service. now light units faulty may 2021 they promised repair 8 september then cancelled to 17 october, failed to get parts on time so cancelled repair now cant give date for new appointment, so we now have lost the use for 24 months of three years of ownership. dont touch these people with a bargepole.

Amazing customer service. Emma was so helpful and checks in on occasion to make sure I’m happy with the tub. Installation took a few hours and then it was good to go.

I’ve recommended the company to many people subsequently.

Jacuzzi is a fantastic brand.

Really great financing too. Furthermore Emma was able to find something in my price range.

My back problems eased after regular use of the tub too
