Absolutely top notch service from the moment we went to visit the showroom at Bents Garden Centre, to the delivery and installation. Don't think twice, if you want the best, go and see these and you won't be disappointed. Mark was excellent and didn't once push for a sale. Totally went out of his way to explain everything and gave us a cracking deal. The two chaps that delivered and installed the tub were so nice and professional too. Don't look anywhere else, if you want a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and a professional service then you've found the right place!

Really happy. Good communication regarding a spare part and it so happened that an engineer was passing through our area so a quick delivery was a bonus. Quality.

Very helpful staff at Bents Garden Centre site of Jacuzzi. Phil Griffith was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all the finer details without putting pressure on us to buy. Very honest about each product and able to guide us to what would be best for our situation without forcing us to buy bigger! We was looking for a hot tub, we went to various retailers and was worried about buying an inferior brand where spares may become unobtainable

We decided Jacuzzi was a well recognised brand and having read reviews it would be worth paying more to get a branded product

Pleased I did this as I was looking at another brand and the retailer has since gone into liquidation

My local Jacuzzi centre was based at Bents Garden Centre, being Jacuzzi Manchester

Myself, my wife and 3 children headed over to look and was really impressed with the amount of choice on offer, the knowledge of the staff, working demonstrations and it was also nice being based at a garden centre as we had a good look around and lunch

We dealt with Phil, he was beyond helpful, as a keen hot tub user he was able to answer all of our questions, I even stayed in contact asking further questions by phone and email before placing my deposit

Our home was under major renovation and I advised it would be some time before we was able to take delivery and they said they would hold the hot tub without issue

Our renovation took a step for the worse after the terraces were laid, we discovered they had been laid incorrectly, the contractor refused to rectify the work and we had to pay someone else to lift the terraces and relay them

This was extremely costly and stressful, yet Jacuzzi put zero pressure on us, stayed in touch with me and was happy to wait until we was ready, it was probably 12 months from ordering until we eventually called it off

The day came and the hot tub was delivered and installed by two cracking blokes, again they was super experienced and did a phenomenal job on the install

They also gave us full working demos, explained how to maintain it and allowed me to video this as a reference for when I took over moving forwards, this was most beneficial as I have reverted back to the videos for advice in the early days

We did have one issue with a speaker that stopped working in the hot tub, I called Phil at Jacuzzi Manchester and within a week an engineer called and fixed it, the wire had literally come out the back, two minute job, maybe it was knocked on installation, who knows

I have since called back to seek advice when I came to do my first water change and again I was given expert step by step advice that all made perfect sense to me

I have done several water changes now and have it down to a fine art, I am very meticulous on my maintenance, well worth it as the water is crystal clear and always smells fresh

I have battered the hot tub, on average I use it 4 times a week, as a family of 5 it gets loads of action, we all absolutely love it

I honestly could not imagine life without it now, it’s so relaxing, I jump in and play music, listen to podcasts and it’s a great way to unwind after a stressful day

Cannot recommend Phil and the team enough at Jacuzzi Manchester, if you get the same experience as me it will be beyond positive in all aspects

I am so pleased with stretched the budget as the product is superb and having been used loads since installation it is holding up perfectly well and looks as good as the day it was installed

Kyle kept us informed of arrival time. He was efficient, friendly and courteous. Did an excellent job and when finished explained everything he had done whilst showing us exactly what he had done.

A great company to deal with. We went to Bents a few weeks ago, just for a day out, and also to purchase some chemicals for our hot tub; a J 355 which we purchased from Bents approximatly 10 years ago. Unfortunatly chemicals are no longer available on site, so while we were there, we had a look round the Jacuzzi display, and were very impressed with the J475 which was on display. Steve came over and a conversation ensued in which we expressed an interest in purchasing the 475. We were offered an excellent financial inducement in terms of a part exchange deal on our 10 yr old tub which was still giving good service, but not getting any younger. We accepted the offer and the tub was installed a couple of weeks later. The installation team were very professional, polite and helpful. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and the engineer took us through various aspects associated with use of the tub. Altogether a very professionelle service which we had become accustomed to during the ownership of our previous tub

Mark came to replace our headrests on our jacuzzi hot tub, he went out of his way to stay and help fit our bracket for the lid which was much appreciated. Everything was done right and would definitely recommend this company

We attended Bents Garden Centre to buy a Venus fly trap and came away purchasing a jacuzzi! (We didn't get the fly trap!) 🤦
From start to finish, the service we have received has been exceptional.
Phil has been so helpful, and his patience has been very well received. I feel he has gone above and beyond to help. No matter what questions we've had for him, he has been very helpful and knowledgeable. If Phil wasn't available, Mark was very helpful too.
The installation team were also very friendly, efficient, and even cleaned up after they had finished. I can't remember their names, but they explained everything on how to look after the tub.

Great experience with phil Manchester give him 5 stars explained everything I needed to know about the hot tub nothing was a any trouble or issue he was great to talk to and kept me informed about the delivery dates and the fitting hot tub.

I couldn’t fault the installation team as they have done an excellent job, however when the hot tub was unpacked there was an issue with the support arms that support the lid. Two of the same had been delivered instead of a left & right. This was over 2 weeks ago. This was noted & documented, we haven’t heard anything from Jacuzzi regarding having a replacement sent & fitted?? I know the team installs all over the country, but we should have been contacted by now with an update.

We took the plunge and bought our first Hot Tub and the service has been great from visiting the Manchester team at bents to delivery and installation. Mark has been fantastic and the communication and organising is 10/10.

The 2 guys installing were great too. Couldn’t fault them.

The service from Jacuzzi was brilliant. The customer service advisor was helpful, polite and efficient, booked an engineer to come out when suitable. Kyle the engineer text me in the morning to tell me what time he would arrive and he was on time at arrival. Kyle was professional and polite and diagnosed the issue with my spa within minutes. He worked quickly and was tidy and kept me informed from start to finish. Very happy with the level of service from Jacuzzi North West

Purchased a spa from Jacuzzi Manchester and Mark, who dealt with the sale, was great, dealt with any questions efficiently even on his days off. After the deliver and installation a couple of issues needed resolving and the after sales service from the head office was appalling. Customer service staff working from home with TV on when calling customers, failing to reply to simple emails, failing to follow up on issues, even Kathi, the head of aftersales who listened and agreed with the complaint of poor service, failed to get back twice (so far) when she promised, failed to give an update and didn't reply to chasing emails. Clearly once they have your money the aftersales staff dont care, either that or they need some serious customer service training. If you want a spa with a decent aftersales service avoid Jacuzzi.
