Chronic service so far and that's before even receiving our hot tub! After a visit to Jacuzzi Manchester back in early May, we were told we'd have to pay £500 deposit there and then to guarantee a July delivery. Ever since we've had no communication from this company and despite sending a number of chase emails, texts and left messages seeking some sort of indication of the illusive July install date all communications have been ignored. I eventually phoned Steve to complain about the lack of responses and sheer ignorance! I was told that they actually couldn't give me a July date and that they had no sight of the order status at that time! Since then and further emails ignored, I called again today (9th July) seeking an update and finally been told that our hot tub will be delivered end of August!! So, not the 'guaranteed' July delivery date spun to us as part of the pre sales patter! Well, all I can say now is, having spent just shy of £9000 on this spa, their service or lack there off is not representative of the costly outlay! Premium product (they tell us) but certainly a totally sub standard service from jacuzzi Manchester!

I purchased a jacuzzi from here through annMarie and can only describe the whole experience as professional and friendly right from the start the aftercare has been second to none highly recommend D Morris Liverpool 👍👍👍

We decided to buy our jacuzzi J315 3 man tub back in August 2020. We couldn't view the tub because our model is so new it wasn't in the showroom, but I was sure after speaking to Phil it was right for us. Due to COVID, there was a delay on the tub and it was only due to arrive in January 2021. To our surprise, we got a call to say it had arrived early and it was delivered and installed on the morning of 5th November. By the evening, it was hot enough to get in and watch the fireworks!!! We always thought a jacuzzi would be out of reach for us, but lockdown and cancelled plans enabled us to buy it. It is a luxury item for sure, but has been our best purchase for a long time. We spend time in there as a family and also relax alone in the evenings after work. It helps our aching backs and muscles and it's nice to sit outside, in the dark and listen to the silence or the odd duck from the pond behind our house. We even got to use it in the snow on New Years Eve and the days that followed.
We had a minor issue with the hydrosoothe massage pillow. Phil told me it was probably a kink in the pipe from delivery. The jacuzzi team came to fix it and it was indeed a kink, which was soon rectified. We were a bit overwhelmed with the chemical maintenance at first, but again, Phil assured us we would "soon get to know what our tub needs" and he was right. No regrets, happy with our jacuzzi and would highly recommend the team at Bents.

Poor service, rushed installation, defective /missing parts. Still waiting for correct cover to be delivered 10 months later.

Awesome service and superb products. Jacuzzi UK have been very supportive and always in hand to answer questions and give advice from day 1. It is a big purchase and all Jacuzzi’s require attention, whether it is getting the electrical work done for installation or maintaining the water conditions, and the teams we have spoken to have been great. We had some post sales hiccups with the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi UK were there for us, immediately. The tub is awesome, we are using it in the freezing winter, outside, the kids are in it every evening with us and it is a great family addition to the house. Perfect for those peaceful moments and those crazy ones with the kids and their friends!! If you are getting a hot tub, you have to get the BEST and that is Jacuzzi from Jacuzzi UK. Thanks so much.

From the first conversation with Mark (on facetime during lockdown) everything went as they said it would, he showed us his own personal jacuzzi as it was the same one as were interested in, he was very professional from start to finish
On the delivery date we were pleased with the delivery (on time) and install guys were very informative.
Had a call from Mark to make sure we was happy with everything, so all in all i would give them 10/10

Contacted Jacuzzi, 2 hrs later it was fixed in my house. Water sensor issue. The engineer (Kyle), was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great response from the team end to end. Thankyou

The service we received from the staff at Jacuzzi Manchester was second to none. The whole experience from viewing the hot tub to the first time we submerged ourselves was first class. Viewing, discussing, site survey, installation and after sales was superb. As the saying goes “you get what you pay for”

Love my purchase... it’s fabulous and well worth the money. I love the round hot tubs so purchased the J210. Fantastic customer service from start to finish by Anne-Marie and Phil. The hot tub itself is amazing. On delivery everything went great including the crane to get it over the house. The only one problem we encountered was they forgot to bring the cover lifter that we paid extra for and due to the Covid-19 lockdown we didn’t receive it till several weeks later, but overall a fantastic experience and a fantastic product, so much so my Daughter is now waiting for her J245 to be delivered.

Jennfier Smith in the sales team was so knowledgeable and was on hand to guide me through the options and helped me choose the right hot tub for me. I asked alot of questions and nothing was too much trouble. I spoke to alot of companies but Jennifer was by far the best to deal with and this is why i bought from Jaccuzi. Liam who installed the hot tub was patient when showing me how to use it as there was alot to go through, it wasnt a quick install and off he went. He too was very helpful and a credit to your company. I would highly recommend Jacuzzi.
