If i could give less starts than this i would!! Bought some Cabin bunk beds off Ebay on Wednesday looked ideal for our young boys, received our tracking information at 6.50am Thursday thought everything was great. Found out today that goods havent been sent to carrier and now delivery may be Monday. Although carriers have said highly unlikely as they dont work weekends!!! Absolutely apalling customer service trying to blame courier when the goods are still sat at their warehouse yet were apparently collected Thursday. Cant speak to a Manager, cant upgrade delivery to a next day service as order has been processed yet still sat in their warehouse. Wouldnt touch this company again.

Awful customer service. Delivery too long. Product average quality with parts missing or damaged. Not worth the hassle of returning and not worth the money (£350 bed)

Brilliant piece of furniture. Company very helpful when there was a problem with delivery. A+++

Worst online buying experience ever. The furniture is very bad quality, scratched and damaged and it takes almost a month to get a refund. I regret buying stuff from the on ebay and it is even more worrying that they are trading under different names. Avoid at all costs...

I was skeptical of the price tag at first and wondered about the quality of the item. However very pleasantly surprised upon delivery. Having assembled the bed easily within a short time all seems very sturdy and excellent value. Only slight niggle is parts of the wood (that is not noticeable) have been spliced together rather than a single Glen piece. All in all very happy with the product. Cannot fault customer service as I missed first delivery. Would recommend. My eldest had a very comfortable first night in her new bed. Happy customer.

We bought an item from Jadebay Ltd aka Noa and Nani Ltd aka The Discount Outlet (on Amazon.co.uk) aka Sportsman Farm, Kent. Long story short, we ended up having to return the (very heavy, Made in China) item at our expense even though the product was sold as 'Heavy Duty' but defective (a garden cart where the wheels didn't work properly).

Their customer service person was very nice, polite and helpful. But in the end it was a management decision and they wanted £20 to collect an item that cost £60 to buy plus £8 postage.

In the end, we lost £19 on a defective item that cost us £68.

EDIT: after complaining to Amazon about this seller, Amazon refunded us the outward and return postage.
