You are now charging exhorbitant price


You are now charging exhorbitant price for reporting timely completion of your courses. You used to report completion to Texas very quickly but now you stall to get your extra fee. I am not coming to you in the future.

Preferred previous format of reading a single code change and answering a question about it. Don't like reading many pages of material and later answering questions about all of it.
Also, it's been weeks and my credits haven't posted with Oregon. Could be the state, but will need to research the holdup if they don't post soon.

Jade made it convenient to get my credits!

Jade made it convenient for me to get the continuing education hours via an online class, I needed for my license. I live out of state and an in person class was not an option. The instructor was knowledgeable and presented relevant material for what I do.

Since you have gone to the fusion


Since you have gone to the fusion program it has been increasingly harder to do the continuing education segments. Just recently I completed one for my Georgia license. The first segment was 28 lessons long and the test was second segment. How am I to remember all that I read while listening to the audio in the 28 lessons? If I purchased the accompanying PDF for an additional $10 maybe I could. Since I have 1000 times to take the test I could also pass. Previous times when you were not using fusion, the test questions were at the end of the lesson and still fresh in my mind. This 4 hour course took me almost 6 hours to complete. When you were not using the fusion program the test questions were at the end of the lesson and could be answered while the lesson was still fresh in my mind. I've used your courses for years, but if this is what I'm to expect in the future then I'm seriously considering going to some other company.

The course was meaningful and well presented. Logical sequencing of subject matter. The level was appropriate and useful. I learned a lot.

I have used Jade for several years but


I have used Jade for several years but I do not like the new testing format. I will not be using it again. Much more user friendly before.

Fusion shift BLOWS!

After the shift to fusion, any and all ability see license information that was store previously has been removed.

That was a feature that I would like to see make a come back.

Code is dry, we all know it. The fusion shift has made it even more so. The way the courses are presented now make it that much more dry.

I have utilized Jade learning for almost ten years. I miss the old features, the newer presentation of my account, what's in it, and the drier training has done nothing to make me want to stay.

One shining, redeeming value is an employee named R. Tyson. This individual has been my single point of contact with Jade since my introduction to the company. This person alone has kept me as a customer. When this person leaves, I will be gone too.
