Customer Satisfaction

I had problems signing into one of their courses but they accommodated me in every way I suggested and resolved my issue with a refund at the end without hesitation. Will definitely do business with them again.

It was so boring

It was so boring. The AI voice spoke very slow. There was no control of the playback speed. I think the material could have been done better. It would have been nice to have some fun videos to better show and explain why something is supposed to be a certain way.

I've been using Jade Learning for 10+ years

I've been using Jade Learning for years for all my electrical CE training. I hold several state licenses, so this year has been a bit challenging for me. I'm very impressed with the different state reciprocity requirement knowledge that Rachel from this department has shown. She's been able to help me navigate this so easley, that I've even learn a few things myself. Thanks! Joe A.

The website wouldn’t let me expand the


The website wouldn’t let me expand the screen. I had the same problem 2 years ago and tech support said they would address the issue. 2 years later it was the same screen. I took the course for 4 hours and at the end of my course the timer recycled so I had to take an additional 4 hours to get course credit. I desperately needed my continued education hours so I did the additional 4 hours. I finally received my credit and was able to renew my license. I have used jade for 20+ years but the last few experiences have been terrible. You’re courses cost almost double compared to other courses which I didn’t mind paying but seriously considering changing ce schools next year? If you don’t correct the screen issues that’s a definite no. You should be able to expand the screen to full screen. Every other webpage does. Anyway one very upset long time customer. If you can’t address my concerns being a loyal customer then I can’t express my disappointment enough.

Jade learning team sent the document


Jade learning team sent the document twice instead of the 2 separate CEUs to Oklahoma CIB. This caused me to have to call CIB to figure out why CEUs were not accepted and caused a delay in getting license renewed.

Good, not great

Overall, the course was pretty good. The calculation practice exams could have been better at representing what was actually on the test.

Never got my hours reported to state of Florida. Had to fax them myself. Worst service I have ever had!

New system requiring real time hours

The new system where you have to spend 4 real time hours in a course even though you've completed all the content is a significant downgrade.
