Purchased a Range Rover sport from these cowboys, had issues within a week of having the car every time I rang to make them aware of the issues they said they would give me a call back went on for weeks, the car because unroadworthy due to the issues, luckily I part financed the car and the finance company picked up the car and delivered it to these con men, they have had my car for 6 weeks and not a single person can tell me where my car is what is going on with it or any information at all, the finance company can’t get a single bit of contact from them at all I’m still here now with no vehicle and no help from them,
They will also laugh at you down the phone when and tell you that you are wasting your own time because they are not going to help you

Avoid at all cost, i decided not to do finance and pay £28,500 for a Range Rover , firstly the battery light was saying battery low!! I called the same day to ADAM probably not his real name and I trusted him when he said I need to drive it more. Not the case, the light stayed on, as Halifax was a 40 min commute I bought a battery and still I had the issue, worse was to come when the engine light came on on , I had to turn up to the office as I was being ignored then the owner said he will fix it, not the case!! They turned the light off as it came back on 1 day later!!! The aircon didn’t work through a hot summer and it makes noice !!! Finally I decided I’d had enough of travelling to Halifax and being lied to so I tried to sell it and I was shocked ( we buy any car said it had existing finance on which is illegal) I made them aware and they brushed it off. I then asked for a subject access request ( SAR) which is legal requirement with the information commissioners office and the mega car supermarket phone number which they give you states all calls are recorded, it’s confusing isn’t it, they sell as jag land but the company is mega car supermarket phone!! Anyway they said they don’t have any recordings or evidence of calls and said I decided not to get the car fixed which was untrue. Bottom line don’t buy from them, if you have a bad experience ask for all of the information they hold on you and if they don’t provide it, report them to the information commissioners office as they think they can just steal peoples money. I have evidence of the hpi check I conducted and it was shocking as there was existing finance on my vehicle . Don’t bother complaining to Hollie ( if that’s her real name ) as you will just get standard responses and lies with no evidence. Final point they try to make you do a positive review sneaky, they say it’s part of the warranty , thank god I declined. if you have a bad experience, just ask for a SAR request with the information commissioners office, My next steps are the financial ombudsman and trading standards.

Terrible initial contact with them. Really hard to get a sales person to return my calls. Tried email, WhatsApp, phone calls. I spoke to a few people but they couldn't get a reply from anyone in sales, the last person suggested I head over anyway to see the car we were interested in as I'm not that far away (40mins) as the sales team must be busy. We got there and the car we wanted was out the front, no punters around, lots of sales people doing nothing. I was told they'd just sold the car. Basically the sales team were ghosting me as they'd already got a punter on the hook. They could have just told me that and then I wouldn't have wasted my time and fuel going over there. I think I may have missed a bullet anyway having read their reviews and the reviews of their previous incarnations, easy car credit 247 and other similar names. What a thoroughly disrespectful and selfish company! I hope the business goes down the toilet like the previous ones!

Even giving 1 star, is undeserving.
My husband and l were looking for a van. We then approached this company, Jagland Halifax, and we were told to pay £100 deposit on the 22/04/2025 which was refundable.
To my surprise such a reputable company is failing to refund us our £100. We have been to the company several times, called several times, and they continuously say the money will be refunded and up to date we still waiting for the refund.
We feel scammed, cheated and lied to, in people we thought we could trust.
