I had a mixed bag of experience with this dealer. On the plus side when we were on site they were very nice and polite and arranging collection was easy. They even offered to collect us from the train station.

However when I was arranging the car online with them they were extremely pushy with their finance and warranty which was a pretty terrible deal. They told me that they wouldn't work with the finance provider I had chosen right up until I showed them an acceptance letter.

I was also told that the car was in perfect condition without a mark on it but there is a large chip in the windscreen, a few very light marks, but the worst of all was that the front two tyres were completely shot with tread blocks missing and peeling away. Sadly after my long journey to get the car I forgot to check the tyres so I only noticed when I got home. I was lucky that I made it home without a blow out. The dealer did pay half of the tyre price but it should never have left the forecourt in that state.

Love my new jaguar I Pace , after a long stressful day of already purchasing the same car from another garage to find out the car was faulty number of warning and would not charge ! These guys agreed to stay open late for us after 7:30 at night to get us the car we wanted and it is perfect ! They was nothing but helpful and we got are car processsed in no time at all we was ready to get on the road in no time at all no hassle or stress !! Thankyou again amazing service.

I purchased a defender EO70 GRK in May 2025 on finance with Santander.
I had to go to Halifax from Manchester twice because the first time I couldn't use my credit card to pay and wasn't told this, I viewed the vehicle and pointed out some cosmetic issues ( deep scuffs to external trimming and 2 deep chips on windscreen) I was assured that these would be sorted before I collected. 2nd trip back and the problems were still there. Told to get local trader to deal with and Jagland trading as MegaCar Supermarket would reimburse directly. While driving back to Manchester I noticed the coolant light illuminated as well as the engine management light and SOS light. I reported it to Jagland trading as megacar supermarket and they said just top up. which I did with over 23l of coolant over 3 days. clearly was a more serious issue. I paid £10,000 deposit part cash part loan with Santander, so under the credit consumer act 2015 I complained to Santander, who sent out an independent engineer within 3 days. The report they produced proved that the car had a pressure loss of over 2.5psi within 10 minutes and there was evidence of a long standing leak on the coolant system before it was sold. BIG PROBLEM. I immediately rejected the car as was within my rights and it was collected a couple weeks later and sent back to the dealer. It has been over 6 weeks since Jagland trading as Megacar supermarket has had paperwork and car and they are refusing to wind down the finance and return my deposit as ordered by Santander. The car is back on sale on numerous platforms initially for £1,000 more than I bought it but now reduced to £44,990. My experience with them has been the most frustrating and one which seems to have been true by previous clients. I am now considering pursuing a case with the financial Ombudsman because I am out of pocket and no car after 6 weeks of being messed around and causing me mental anguish. This is a 100% true story as of 17/8/2025

My wife and I had been looking into getting an electric car for a while now since our local council has decided to punish house holds for having petrol and diesel cars, by increasing the price of parking permits for fossil fuelled powered vehicles. Why they have done this is beyond me seeing as a car that is parked is not producing any pollution but that is by the by. Having looked at several electric cars, we decided on a jaguar ipace for a number of reasons. 1, it’s a jaaagg. Who doesn’t want to own a jaaagg. 2, it looks great which a lot of electric cars don’t. 3, the range on it is far greater than most electric cars, and even some petrol cars.

With all this in mind, we began the search and at pretty much every turn, the jags were being swiped up. We did find one however were messed around by the dealer so much, that we began to think it wasn’t to be.

And then, we found this place. We called them up on a Saturday morning, and had the agreement in place to finance a 2019 jaguar ipace by mid afternoon. They even take care of the finance, so no having to ring around and find it yourself, although they make it clear that you are more than welcome to do so.

The only let downs are as follows.
The car was supposed to be delivered to us last Saturday. However, the day before, we got a call saying that the delivery company had over booked and that the vehicle wouldn’t be a delivered as arranged. A bit of a let down, but mistakes happen. The vehicle was delivered on the Friday after at just after 11:00. I had to dart off to work and so left my wife to figure all the buttons and knobs out. And like a blood hound, she sniffed out the problems, of which there are a few. The door mirrors refuse to fold in when the car is switched off. There is no sound coming out of the speakers. And the previous owner is stilled installed on the system, and we don’t know his PIN number in order to change it to us and remove him. I got in touch with jagland about the problems and they have assured me that they can be fixed as the car is under an extended warranty.

Other than that, the car is brilliant. It is beautifully smooth to drive, comfortable, handles exceptionally well and is quicker than a hiccup. The experience I have had with jagland has been great, not perfect, but their customer service has been second to none.

The staff were very friendly and helpful they helped me choose the right car for me with ease. the person who provided the car offered complimentary drinks and provided us with great warranty i would recommend this place to a family or friend
