Thanks for the review. Glad we could help when the eSIM didn’t work at first, and that it ran without further issues once you followed the steps.

Good to hear the price felt reasonable too. Hope to see you on the next trip.

Thanks for the review. Glad the earlier eSIMs worked, and sorry your brother’s phone turned out too old for eSIM.

Good to hear we could cancel it and get the refund back on your card the same hour.

Hope to see you on the next trip.

Thanks for the review. Glad it worked the moment you landed in China, right on the runway, and without a VPN.

That’s the experience we aim for. Hope to see you on the next trip.

Thanks for the clear review. Glad the 15-day Unlimited in Tunisia stayed on 5G the whole trip, tethering worked, and the fair-use limit never kicked in even with 3 devices.

Sorry the install was harder than it should be, and that the chat bot started over every time you left to change a setting. That is annoying when you are mid-setup. If you need help again, email help@jambosim.com — that thread stays open, so you don’t have to restart from zero.

Hope the next trip is as smooth on the network side, and easier to set up.

Thanks for the 5 stars. Glad the install was easy and the connection stayed good in every country, including the switch when you arrived somewhere new.

That’s exactly how a regional or Global plan should work: one eSIM, no new setup at the border!

Hope to see you on the next trip.

W planach Unlimited pełna prędkość obowiązuje do 3 GB dziennie, potem spada do około 1 Mbps — hotspot zużywa ten limit szybko.

Hi Gord, sorry to hear this eSIM didn't work out for you.

We did send troubleshooting steps after you contacted us, but we didn’t hear back, so we couldn’t complete the fix. Email help@jambosim.com and we’ll still help you get connected, or look at a refund if the eSIM never worked.

We're still here to help!
