Received a beautiful scarf today quality is outstanding .😻

James now has a shop on the Whatnot app which is very cheap compared to the website. I’ve bought 5 items from the whatnot auction site and although they’re all nice I was very disappointed to see ‘Made in China’ on ALL of them. Far cry from the image of Italian design the website says.

I visited the St John’s Wood branch and the middle aged blonde woman was extremely rude and condescending towards me, I think it was because I was young and didn’t fit the luxury shopper type. Extremely disrespectful and uncalled for.

A risk, as I knew sale item could not be returned - however fit / cut was good and quality exceptional. So I am very happy all round !

One item damaged

Beautiful dress, top quality cotton material and true to colour as described. Always a pleasure to purchase from this brand.

Purchased an orange frill neck top by James Lakeland from DP. I am leaving this feedback because it is not DP I had an issue with.
Bought it in size xl. First of all the neck of the elasticated top is so tight that I felt I was chocking. The size xl (16) top is a small size 14 or maybe a size 12. Even for the half price (37.50) it is a ripoff.

A hassle at every step. I still have not been refunded in full.

The item I received was nothing like the description online, both in terms of sizing and fabric. The sizing was off by nearly 16 inches around the hips. The fabric appeared to be a standard denim from the photo and item description but turned out to be a very lightweight summer fabric (not denim).

When I called to politely tell customer service about the problems, I was promised a full refund, including a refund on shipping. Over two weeks later, when I hadn't received anything, I called to find out what was going on. No one picked up. I had to send multiple messages (none responded to) to get a partial refund.

Item received on time and of high quality. This is my favourite item so far.

Easy to order online and smooth delivery. Bought a beautiful jacket online at a very good discount in your sale.

Easy to order - last one in stock in my size - great quality dress

Size is smaller than the printed dimensions and since I purchased the coat during sale - exchange wasn't possible. Plus you left the large tag stuck on the coat which I will need to go to a store to get removed as it beeps when I wear the coat and enter a shop - people think I stole the coat and no one is ready to remove it (ha!). Sad experience!
