Poor customer service again after previous issues of polices issued for a few years then advised I wasn't actually eligible for and withdrawing it, then years later offering it again but not following up on changes or questions, particularly confirming I was now eligible for it.

I've always found the team at James Hallam to be a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with making sure the policy is the right fit for our needs and that I properly understand what I am signing up for.

Katherine Harvey worked on my case, I was distressed after the damage of my photographic equipment through an accident while it was in use, Katherine reassured me and guided me through the process of my claim, she showed me different options and made me feel like a valued customer, her efforts made a stressful time much easier to get through and her hard work made sure I was able to work again with replaced equipment in the shortest time possible under the circumstances.

Jane has provided myself and our scaffold business with not only competitive prices but guidance and support throughout. Jane is so easy to talk to and is always happy to help.

The service Jane provides is exceptional and she is a real asset to your company. We could not ask for anymore.

I have dealt with Jane Lloyd Wood for 12 plus years, Nothing is too much bother, She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything in my policy is correct, and the best renewal price possible. Speaks to me like a friend, very honest and really good at her job. If ever there is a problem, she is the one who always gets back to me and sorts it out straight away, no messing. A rarity these days, making my life less stressful. Strongly recommend her to all my friends and Garage Owners. She and her team are amazing.

We started with professional indemnity insurance in a sector that is considered quite niche, and Jane offered reassurance and support as we navigated the insurance minefield. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is an expert at helping us work through any issues relating to insurances. After having trying numerous other insurance brokers the staff at James Hallam Ltd managed to find an insurer able to cover our rather unusual insurance requirements and within our tight timeframe. Staff were helpful and efficient throughout. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Ever since James Hallam took over Ryan insurance its been an absolute shambles. James Hallam staff are the most unprofessional bunch of amateurs I've ever come across. They do not provide a professional service. Staff can't find the right documents. Staff can't even ask the right questions. My landlord insurance costs have doubled under James Hallam and the service is dreadful.
This is the last year I will ever use James Hallam.

We’ve been a customer of James Hallam LTD for 24 years now we received our annual rental property premium which had went up considerably we called yesterday to explain that we had done a search and could save £160 going with Axa the answer was “ ok then sorry but we’re tied by the insurance companies” silly me thinking loyalty and the fact there supposed to be a broker may have gone for anything. Can’t put into words how a feel about this company and the fact I gave them far far to much business all of these years, do your self a favour don’t even consider them.

Just had a bad experience with this company. They don’t answer emails or act on any instruction and I am dumped with a fine!
