JamStorage レビュー

Very pleased with the removal service from London to Europe. Very professional and friendly throughout the process. Special mentioning for Jake, Aaron, Ryan, Louise and Marlon.

Fantastic service from Sam and Ed. Very friendly, thorough and professional.

Really great experience both storing and then moving all our stuff.

The storage is super clean and dry - all of our items were in top condition after a pretty long time! When we needed to go in to sort out our things they were friendly and helpful.

After that, the removal (UK to Italy) was seamless - with none of the expected trouble at customers (no mean feat given Italy’s reputation for paperwork!)

There has been no damage to our stuff, and the local guys turned up bang on schedule.

So a big “Thank you!!!” to the whole Jam Vans team!

I am so impressed by the service I received from JamVans ! From Jake in the support team coordinating collection and all the paperwork , as well as Joe and Covel doing the collection of my boxes. They were excellent ! Very professional, kind and fast ! They even came earlier than expected. Thank you both so much! I can not recommend Jam Vans enough !!

Aaron and his team did absolutely amazing. My move was punctual and smooth.:)

Simon Reynolds cabinetmaker.

Michael and Kane were great. On time, polite, helpful, efficient, careful with everything they wrapped and moved and a pleasure throughout.

Jake was fantasticly responsive via WhatsApp which made the process of booking and logistics so super simple. It is a nightmare to park on my road and all the team were so super helpful with reassuring me they'd get it done safely and easily. Also a special thank you to Harvey and Rio who were extraordinarily polite and professional and were even early and did a fantastic job. ***** Such a relief to have a supportive and competent team during a stressful move.

Great service from start to finish. Helpful and professional team who helped with questions before the move was booked and were brilliant during the packing and moving days. Recommended!

From start to finish these guys were fantastic! Great service lining everything up with Jake at the office, then we had Ryan, Joe and Logan to pack and move everything across 2 days, super speedy and really professional

Top notch experience and highly recommend. From the moment I found this company online and reached out to the moment they delivered my goods back to me it has been positive and seamless. First of all Jake does a fantastic job behind the scenes making sure you are well informed of all steps of the process. The collection team Louis and Chris were super helpful and helped make a stressful process calm and smooth. And when it was time for my items to be returned they were delivered to my door on time and efficiently by Logan and Dylan. All 4 were a delight to work with and very helpful. Cannot stress enough how positive this entire experience was, especially during a stressful period such as moving house. Thank you!

Our experience with JamVans for long-term storage was seamless from initial quote to collection. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent. Rute in Account / Customer Service team was very clear, friendly and helpful in securing the storage we needed at a very good price. On the day of collection, Aaron and Robbie were fantastic - they were friendly and efficient. Overall, JamVans have made what can be an arduous move seamless and straightforward.

Joe and Chris were excellent and very understanding about my unusual circumstance for partial delivery. They communicated and worked quickly and safely to get what I needed in-house.

The team at JamVans went above and beyond to make sure my collection and delivery went smoothly, and were super attentive and careful with my items. Additionally, whenever I had any queries, the team were quick to respond. I will definitely be using JamVans for my next move. Highly recommend!

This company is BRILLIANT! I’m in a wheelchair and Jamvans made the whole process so easy I didn’t have to lift a finger. They were absolutely fantastic i highly recommend them and you can’t beat there prices for the service they provide. From the friendly lady on the other end of the phone who explained everything so understandable and the process involved, to the men who had all my stuff loaded and then unloaded in a very fast amount of time but yet done very organised and safe. No problems at all! I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much Jamvans.
