Fab service. We requested a quote for a replacement shower pump. After a home visit, a quote came through and a fitting date was agreed. On the day if the job, the plumber arrived on time and completed the job within the quoted timeframe. Very happy and would both use again and recommend.

J&S came to service my boiler and found an issue with the gas meter during the tests, preventing the boiler from being fully signed off. They were very kind and professional and kept their promise to return and finish off the job once the meter issue was fixed 7 months later, even after I had to keep rescheduling the appointment. Would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve used J&S twice now and have been pleased both with the work done and the standard of service. They keep in touch about appointments, explain clearly what needs to be done and have left everything tidy afterwards.

The engineer did an excellent job. The work was carried out to a very high standard. He was polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the company to other people.

Once again thank you to Sarah-Jane and Jason. We had a small water leak in toilet and I panicked. Sarah-Jane was super and re-assured me and booked Jason in the following week or so. Jason came out noticed where the leak was coming from. He then sent Jared that afternoon with the new part. All is working fine now. Fingers cross no water leak now! Thank you team!

Excellent service. The advice before servicing our boiler was appreciated and the engineer was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions.

From 1st contact with the company the service has been excellent. I had work carried out today, the operative wore smart - clean uniform, worked efficiently and carried out the job to a high standard. I would recommend this company to anyone who requires their services.

My poorly performing shower was replaced by Jared today, who arrived at the time we had agreed. He was very friendly, worked efficiently, tidily and did a great job for me.
The communication from J&S was second to none. Kept me informed, charged a fair price and I will have no hesitation in contacting them again should the need arise.

My boiler wasn't working and Jason came out within a couple of hours to fix. Although he didn't have both the parts needed he managed to "patch it up" with a second-hand part to get it going again.

Jason is a skilled and reliable plumber that we have used on a number of occasions, and will no doubt use again in the future. Some of the less experienced members of the team are not up to this very high standard hence 4 stars not 5

Annual Combi Service and Gas Safety check. First time I’ve employed the services of this company and will most definitely use them again. I’ve already recommended them in my social and professional circles. As an ex RGI myself, who now works with commercial BMS systems, I can positively say the experience was a good one.
Communication from start to finish was on point.
You get a notification and a web link when the engineer is on route. You can track their travel in real time, which is always useful to be able to plan your own day.
The engineer was pleasant, clean, presentable and well mannered.
The work was completed within two hours, to a good standard and fully compliant at all times.
Documentation was in full. Everything is digital too, which is so much more efficient. The safety certificate, service report, invoice, payment link and receipts, all digital.
A very pleasant experience indeed. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great people to work with. Did an oil boiler replacement for me (not a straightforward job, as I am an awkward customer!! ;-) ), willingly came back to sort a couple of minor problems, one of which was my own self infliction! Pleasant guys, on time, tidied up after themselves. I will be putting more work their way.

From the beginning we found J&S Plumbing efficient and totally reliable. Office staff were polite and all appointments were on time. The engineers friendly, helpful, extremely tidy, clean and unobtrusive. The estimated contract for the work was realistic and completed on time. We would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

I would recommend J&S Plumbing and Heating. My boiler failed just before Christmas last year on a snowy day and British Gas couldn't help for 10 days despite being on the highest service plan. J&S tried to fix it but eventually a new boiler was installed - all before British gas would even have come out to look. Recently, part of the system broke leaving me with no hot water. To start with, I was told it would be several days before a plumber could come out, but 'if we get a cancellation I'll phone you back'. It was fixed later that day. I now have a gold service plan with them and am confident the heating system is in safe hands. Thank you to all the J&S team, including the person who answers the phone. 😀

We had a poorly flushing toilet and asked for new inside workings to be installed. The plumber arrived on time and put on protective overshoes. He soon had the toilet working better than ever. The polite plumber also explained why we'd had a leak 10 years previously and left the place meticulously clean.

I would highly recommend J&S, I have received a great service from the team from a small change to fitting a smart thermostat.
