Appointment at 8 am - turned up at 12.00.Tried to call them but phone lines then not working. No response to emails. When the engineer did turn up was apologetic, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was concerned that the company was a scam, but its not, just a bit disorganised.

Very rude plumber

I had a very disappointing experience with UK Gas Plumbers.

At first, things appeared professional: they asked for photos of the installation area and provided a quote based on that. I accepted the quote informally and followed up with a call to ask which boiler model they intended to fit, as I wanted to ensure we aligned our flow and return correctly in advance. Essentially he responded was saying that only an idiot would want to get the flow and return aligned correctly in advance. His tone was really unexpected and unnecessarily condescending. I’m always very polite and helpful, he could have responded in the same way regardless of his answer.

Then, just two days before the scheduled work, he asked for a video of the same location we had already photographed — and then increased the price by about 30% with no explanation. He had not previously asked for a video.

When I raised concerns about this last-minute change and how we were being treated, I received no response at all.

From start to finish excellent they carried out taking our four old outdated boilers and replaced with three modern models.
Ultra professional very thorough with the way the carried out there work and very helpful I would recommend these to anyone who requires work to their commercial boilers/plumbing well done to team very much appreciated from all in the building.

Excellent service from the team at UK gas plumbers, speedy attendance for a commercial boiler service and gas safety certificate and documentation received the following day. Also completed an additional last minute request onsite with no trouble at all!

Fantastic, reliable service.

His service was great, our house was freezing cold and just in 24 hours it was fixed and war again!

We required our commercial gas meter disconnected. We contacted a lot of companies but no one seem to have the necessary certification. We called uk gas plumbers and they was able to do it the same day. 5*

Boiler stopped working. The engineer figured out it was because of a frozen condense pipe. He wrapped some insulation around the pipe outside and a few moments later the boiler started working again and has been running just fine ever since.
