Great clothes. Excellent sales. Fast shipping. They came from a price comparison I wanted for the dresses I saw in another shop. These were so much cheaper so always check Jawbreaker first prior to buying elsewhere.

Great clothes, fit was very good, and super responsive customer service. Slight issue with available stock, but happy to substitute item with minimal fuss.

I love this dress so much. I ordered it for a night out, and was getting worried I wouldn't receive it in time so I emailed Jawbreaker. I received a prompt reply saying it was due to arrive that day, giving me an hour time slot. It arrived in time and I was delighted. It's so flattering. It's now my favourite dress.

I love the jawbreaker brand and ordering directly from the UK website is my best bet in the US right now. Shipping was affordable and the items arrived in a timely manner. I ordered 3 cardigans, two for myself and one for a gift. They are beautiful and more than worth the price. I always get many compliments when wearing my jawbreaker sweaters. The quality is good and the styles are unlike any others I’ve found. True to size and ready to wear I will definitely order again.

I bought a coat, cropped jumpsuit, a top, and leggings. All were good quality and price, and arrived quickly. I received a quick response to my email about a return (to swap a size).

I have three dresses from this brand now, all look great and gain me lots of compliments.

I orded a dress for graduation and there was zero shipping updates and not a single person from the company answered my emails or dm's I paid a rediculous amount for next day delivery and it was days late, no problem with the courier but the site it's self, it still displays as processing and I never got a tracking number. Then when it did arrive the quality is horrific, I tried it on three times total and the dress completely ripped, so I've now had to sew it last minute as the event is tomorrow and I have no other option. This has been a truly horrible experience, please don't make the same mistake by shopping here a £70 dress should not fall apart after 30mins max wear time

Have not received an order from almost 2 months ago. Was fobbed off with a track and trace that says it hasn't been dispatched. No replies from emails and no phone to ring. Despicable. Do not buy from them

Returned 2 items 2 months and I’ve still not received my refund. Customer service is diabolical.

I got bunch of alternative tshirts, dresses and bags on sale, some cheap as £3 and the quality is amazing! Definitely will buy again!

I placed an order more than a month and a half ago and I haven't received it. I have contacted them twice and they only answer that they order left. They don't even bother to send a tracking number or check the whereabouts. They refuse to make a refund. I paid more than 100 punds in the order and over 13 pounds in the shipping. I advice against buying from them. I feel robbed. No money and no order. Don't buy from them

Bought multiple items and while the quality seems decent (not perfect) the Salem dress ran in the wash and ruined the collar turning it grey,
