I ordered a few things from the sale tand could not believe the quality. Immediately ordered again. The parcels came in 2 days! Absolutely brilliant!

The delivery was fast so no waiting or wondering where my order was. The clothes look amazing and good quality, as well as stylish. Fits well and are comfortable to wear.

Fast postage, fair prices and good quality clothing ! It's a nice change from the usual brands that spam my Facebook page!

I ordered myself a few bargains in the sale and was very pleased with them. Everything fit as described on the item description, nothing had to be returned and everything was of great quality. There was regular updates on delivery too so I knew when to be in for my order arriving. It turned up within the allocated time slot. No complaints here, very happy customer.

Lost a star from me because to send anything back (which you are expected to pay yourself) it ends up being really expensive and a really faffy return system. It's been really frustrating losing moneyand of course Jawbreaker don't want to lose any money but what's in place currently isn't fair on the customer. Hope this can change in the future.

I didn’t need customer service so I can’t review that although I got my order pretty quickly and it looks great quality.

Ordered a hoodie for my friend for Christmas, within a few hours was informed that the hoodie I selected wasn’t in stock and that I could pick another, so I did that and within a few hours was informed it was picked out and shipped, fantastic customer support and amazing quality

Bought some cardigans from them recently and the quality is absolutely gorgeous

Absolutely awful still haven't received my parcel or my refund courier threw it outside somewhere behind a bin and the company have just blanked all my messages to them.

Quick delivery and great quality product

The company have lovely clothing on the website. Ordered a coat and dress but was emailed the following day to say the dress was now out of stock. I followed up and asked for the rest of my ordered to be dispatched and updated about the dress if it came back in stock. I then had to prompt the company 2 more times before my coat was dispatched over a week later. Received the item quickly but the sizing is WAY off and no mention of it being oversized on the information page. You have to pay to return and as its a coat it is quite expensive. Sadly I think this will be a learning experience and I won't be recommending the company.

the dress is lovely and feels nice to wear, however the belt is is very small and the skirt part has it's hem down the middle instead of at the sides which is unusual, but not too visible

It arrived quickly and it is good quality. Looks great on my grand child
