Quality decrease, looking elsewhere
I’ve been using Jawstec for about 4 years. Recently I have seen a decrease in quality. Tumbling is no longer offered which is my preferred post-processing service. There have been a significant increase in print flaws which makes me think their quality standards have decreased. Customer service is not very friendly, attentive or quick to resolve these issues. I’m looking to move to another contractor for my parts

TJ, we're sorry to hear about your experiences. We had to remove tumbling as an option since our machine broke, we're sorry about that. We had a quality control issue on 1 of the 12 parts on your order. We have that piece reprinting for you and it should be able to ship tomorrow.

Great Company Right Here In The USA
Most online services are middlemen farming orders out offshore. Jawstec is the real deal. They do the printing. They are the experts.
Great service and communication. Price competitive with Asia.

Great price for Quality Products
JawsTec has been great to work with. They have consistently given me competitive pricing for SLS/MJF parts and had them sent to me quickly. On occasion they have even fulfilled small orders faster than was quoted, which is always a nice surprise. My parts have always been to spec.

I've been using JawsTec for a while now and I appreciate the work that they do for me and my team. The cost estimator works great and the lead times are completive. Whenever there is an issue, the communication is great.
