This company is very responsive and efficient! Features great professionalism from the staff and from the print jobs. Highly recommend them.

All in all things went well. Only thing I was disappointed in was the colors of blue and red. They are so dark that in some light, they look like black. I was hoping for more distinction on the colors.

Jawstec always makes it easy. Quick quotes, quick turnaround and good pricing.

After the first print was concave and oversized on edges the second prints were sent to me 17 thousandths over size. Print is 57 thousandths .057 parts arrived .074

The company was very easy to contact and deal with any issues. This order was delayed a few days to solve a print issue but I was advised in advance. Awesome service.

First two orders completed and shipped as expected, the SLS process is excellent and the quality of the prints is great. Third order had issues in QC and still has not shipped, it seems the vapor polishing process might be taking way longer than anticipated but that is a guess. Hoping the parts look good when they finally arrive.

Fast and high quality. Ordered two pieces in PA12, they came ahead of time, packed really safely, and were rendered precisely.

I've ordered small figurines made from PA12 Nylon several times now, and Jawstec has been amazing. They ship very quickly, my last order arrived only 5 days after I placed the order. Some of the figures do end up with rough textures or noticeable print lines, but it's not that bad and I don't think that's the company's fault anyways, since I've seen the exact same types of issues when ordering PA12 from other sites as well. For the most part, figurines from Jawstec look amazing. I also got a couple of free prints with my last order which was a nice surprise :)

Edit: After working with other printers, I now realize that Jaws Tec is a great value, regardless of their lack of customer service. Give them a try.

Original: Their upload system had multiple errors and took multiple attempts to get to work. When I received my invoice, it had errors in it. I contacted them and they didn't care to take any responsibility for their own site.
Then they sent me an incomplete set of parts. When I contact them again they said since I 'ordered in bulk' (I didn't. refer to the first comment) that they are not able to inventory the order, basically reflecting any responsibility for another mistake.
If I had to guess, I would say that they have no interest in having me as a customer.
