The customer service was GREAT. I had a flaw in my product and they not only responded very quickly, they replaced it very quickly. I've been using their product for several years and feel it's keeping my neck from sagging skin. Thank you.

The product is great and after a few weeks I'm already seeing results. I had a issue with one of the devices breaking after using it only a few times. I reached out to their support and they shipped me a new one asap.

I made a mistake when ordering and put the wrong address. After I realized it the next day I sent an email to change it. The order had already shipped but I was informed that they had sent another one to the correct address. Great product, best customer service out there.

There was a problem with the shipping process but customer service was super responsive and made sure I got the product. I was very happy with the way they followed up.

Love the product and the results. I had an issue with one of the products I purchased reached out to customer service and they went above and beyond to fix the situation. Will be a loyal customer for life.

Ordered their product from Amazon. It was delivered timely and was well packaged. But it did not include any instruction on how to use the product. With no instructions, it ended up in the garbage. I contacted the company and all I was told was “ we’re sorry”.
They don’t include instructions after I purchase their product and pay for it and they say sorry.
Very poor customer service! If you’re thinking of a product like this, order from another brand.
Update. I placed an order through this companies site. They charged my card and claimed they shipped my order but when I inquired to the carrier, they said they had no record of the shipment.
Stay far away!
Emailed them again as they stole my money. Got no response.

Awful experience with customer support, was sent the wrong item twice and apparently there's a shortage. Ordered on Christmas and now it is March, I still have not received my order.

These guys are one of their kind. They sended me new product after I noticed that the item I received was not the exact type that I ordered. They sended me replacement for free. Unbelievable! Thank you!!

This company is dishonest and their product is ineffective. I bought the intermediate jaw exerciser. It took ages to arrive, and when it did it was packed in a clear plastic bag, no label, no instructions- nothing. I reached out to the company and they linked a video that said to boil the device for 20 seconds to mold the teeth inserts. I did that and a) the inserts did not mold to my teeth, and b) the device lost ALL of its resistance. I have asked the company for a replacement or return in over a dozen emails, to which they continuously gave me the runaround. They advertise 100% money back guarantee which is clearly a lie. They also addressed an email towards the end of this chain 'Hello Suqu' which is b**** in Russian. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, as I will continue to do for any social media company that is misleading in any way moving forward. I thought with Huberman's name backing them they would be trustworthy but I was wrong.

Jawzrsize sent me out my package and at first I thought there might of been an issue with the shipping. After investigating the situation, our local Post Office informed us that we been having postal theft in our area for the last week or two and they have an investigator on the case. I sent Jawzrsize a synopsis of my situation and they went ahead and sent out another package to me, no questions asked. That's customer service. Can't wait to use the product, it's being shipped now.

Good product, amazing service - Lynn hooked us up when someone stole our package. We're happy and satisfied and would recommend!
